The hotel and villas are magnificent, beautifully decorated and clean. Perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet, the pool is sunny and the bar in the water is great for a cocktail. The staff are very friendly and the buffet meals are delicious. I totally recommend it.

The only negative point is the fact that there is seaweed on the beach in front of the hotel, but this is in fact in front of all the hotels. Just walk a little way to the beautiful Punta Mosquito beach and you're in paradise.

Beds were super comfortable. We loved our plunge pool and felt it was worth the cost. Breakfasts were very good and the resort was very clean. We would definitely come back.

Water lines had to be worked on two different nights. Not a big inconvenience. Lots of rain, sonthe entrance to our room near steps was ankle deep at times.

This property is beautiful! If you can get the room with the private pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The services was excellent, The location is a short walk the town center and there many bars, restaurants and stores along the way. The beach is 10steps from the property and the property is right in front of the famous sandbar. I suggest you go to KU bar/restaurant in town it is the best place for a nice dinner in front of the sunset. They have a nightly fire show at 9:30pm and the food and drinks are extremely worth it! We also had amazing pizza at La Pinsa, delicious Tuna Tartar and Aeperol Spritz at Capitan Capitan Bar and the Mixologist at Sunsets Bar is Crazy good! No need to take a tour to see the biolumnineces show...just walk knee deep by the sandbar area and take a little sheet with you you will see the light show when you move the sheet or your hand around. Walked to the sanctuary and did not see any flamingoes and the whale shark tour was 4-6hrs so did not do that.

Hotel room was clean and tidy had good air conditioning which was great as temperature was around 30-34 degrees most days. Good location close to the beach and offered good breakfast in the mornings.

The property despite how close it was didn’t have beach beds directly on the beach front so we ended up paying to use nearby hotels which did offer beach beds on the front. Traditional Mexican food wasn’t on offer in the evenings which we came for. so we opted to eat out in the evenings.

Location is perfect. Better beach than downtown but a 10 min walk from main square Staff was super nice. Rooms are fresh comfortable and big enough to be comfortable. I recommend upgrading to all inclusive. We will come back on kitesurfing season for sure (there is a kiteboarding school right next to the hotel)

we booked premier all inclusive however this still does not cover all food or certain drinks. we checked in at 2pm but couldn’t use our all inclusive till 3pm all a bit petty, you had to pay for more for on top for sushi, extra topping on a pizza for example. it wasn’t clear when booking. this hotel is perfect for bed and breakfast. The staff all looked so unhappy considering we had been Cancun and Talum prior to going to this hotel. i would definitely go back but not have the all inclusive.

Food, location, service, aesthetics.

The doors between the adjacent rooms are way too thin. We loved the place and the service, but unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors and did not get very good sleep all 4 nights we were there. First there was a crying baby in that room that cried all night, then our new neighbors would arrive late at night and talk at the top of their lungs until 2-3am, had to call the front desk one night to tell them something, and the other night no one answered so we went out ourselves to find someone to tell them to keep it down. It already sounded like they were in the same room as us due to the poor division and to be dealing with it at 3am on vacation was very upsetting. It was a shame to pay so much money for a “relaxing vacation” and not be able to sleep 😭.

The hotel overall is maintained very well (pool, reception, restaurants etc.) and its location is great as it has direct access to the beach and is only a short walk from the main center, restaurants etc. Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast had many options (fresh fruit, Mexican type breakfast, eggs freshly prepared etc.). There were mainly families and couples in the hotel so it was nice and quiet.

Wifi doesnt really work depending which room you get - the closer to the restaurant / reception the better. The beach is nice but there are quite a few algae (overall this is everywhere to be found in Holbox). Also there are not many beach beds considering the size of the hotel.

A short walk to town. Room #40 with a pool near the beach was excellent.

The bikes we hired from the Hotel were much more expensive than in town and very poor quality. They insisted we take a bike lock even though we were only going for a 1 hour ride. I just left it in the basket but unfortunately the key fell out sometime during the ride - Cost another $350pesos. We thought we had arranged a private 3 Island Tour for 5 thought but it turns out it was a group tour. In the confusion at the dock the tour left without us. No refund!!

Breakfast every morning, followed by relaxing at one of the 2 pools, or just short walk to the beach. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.

I’ve stayed at this property 5 times…nothing bad I can point out.
