Hotel stay was very pleasant. Definitely recommend , staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

This place is amazing. A gem in the middle of the city. When you step into the lobby iit’s like stepping into a grand hotel of the past. It is elegant. Very friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant with lixurious ambience . There is also a bar at the facility, which is well known as the whiskey bar in in the area. The rooms are big and comfortable and extremely clean and the price was very reasonable.

There was no breakfast available in the restaurant as it doesn’t open till later in the day.

The price we paid was only slightly more than our cheap motels but was waaayy better. The cleaning staff was so happy and welcoming. There was a mistake with the online booking. They solved this by upgrading us fexpectations. Concierge was so nice and helpful.

They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi and other nice things free of charge so it is hard to complain about us not being able to get the jacuzzi to work.

Comfortable room with balcony. Beds were comfortable too, and location is quiet but convenient to shopping, restaurants and highway to go up or down island.

We like the decor but thought the paint could use some touching up in places. The hotel needs a bit of freshening up. The lobby has an unusual mix of decor styles, part Victorian English, part sparkly wedding.

For some reason, our car wouldn’t start and we were in there underground secure parking, maintenance man and front clerk helped me driving me to the local Canadian tire to buy jumper cables bring me back and proceeded to get my car started. They were absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend this place more than any other hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

We liked everything about this hotel. The hotel was lovely, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The food was really good and the price was reasonable too. It is the only place we have stayed that you get real glasses in your room.

There wasn’t anything to dislike about this hotel. The best we have stayed in during our stay in Canada.

Location is perfect. There is a restaurant on the premises. Parking was easy. The room was very nice. I had a fireplace (not needed ), a fridge and a microwave.

Although there is a restaurant, they do not offer a breakfast option. There is a McDonalds and a Tim Hortons not far away but not everyone's cup of tea. The carpet in the room needs replacing. The underlay has lumps.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. The decor is very charming like an old world hotel yet the elements are all very new and of a high calibre. The rom was big, bright and comfy There was a little balcony , which was nice to relax on! Staff were welcoming, efficient and courteous! Will definitely come again!

Didn’t have breakfast…would like to have had a menu or at least the hours and something about the restaurant in my room. Receptionist on desk when I arrived was most helpful in choosing a room best suited to my needs( I’m a senior, use a cane) Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, room temperature easily adjusted, quiet…

Walls could use a bit of fresh paint. Info about the restaurant.

There was free parking and restaurants close by

I had mentioned that I had pets in my original reservation and upon arrival was told that the pet fee was not included and the pet fee was a lot higher than other hotels I have stayed at. The bed was not very comfortable and I had a bad back and had a terrible sleep and severe pain the following day and asked if I could cancel my booking the the extra night due to my pain and was told I couldn’t. It was not a pleasant experience to sleep in such an uncomfortable saggy mattress for two nights. The restaurant on-site didn’t have much of a selection.
