Convenient to the City Line Bush DART station which we took to the State Fair. Indoor pool was nice to swim. Breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable.

Would be great to have the pool open earlier in the morning than 10 am. Would have been nice to swim before checking out.

The front desk was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is on a par with more expensive hotels and there were multiple choices. On the second night of my stay the front desk person came to my room to check on me! (I am a very advanced-age senior citizen)

Front desk check in, gentleman professional, knowledgeable & kind! Hotel clean , bedroom comfortable & clean, bathroom clean, breakfast area clean great coffee , staff friendly also, no smoking facilities great, close to all events off freeway, parking lot clean! Price was ok for stay.

Breakfast was a good variety of things, enjoyed the free coffee with flavored coffee creamer for most of the day. I also appreciated the complimentary dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower!

I asked front desk to change our sheets after my son got a bloody nose and got it on the sheets, they cleaned our room but did not change out our sheets. Also, a relative had the shower door fall on her while she was showering. They were able to get them into a another room but that could have been a much worse situation if she had gotten hurt.

The breakfast remained unchanged throughout my three-week stay, with the exception of bacon being added on Wednesdays. The lack of variety over an extended period made the overall dining experience less enjoyable.

it was nice and clean, the breakfast was good, beds we’re comfortable. the room selection online was a little misleading, I thought the reason for the high prices room labeled a bedrooms suite was because it had a separate room, which it didn’t. The kids working there thought everything was funny and weren’t very helpful.

Easy to find, very clean, love that you supply dove products for the bathroom, and I was able to get a first floor room out of conscience for taking my dogs outside to potty.

The breakfast was sub-par. There would be a better variety of cereals and some gluten free options.

When we first checked in and unpacked everything then went to use the restroom and the toilet did not flush. The only option we were given was to change rooms, which was very inconvenient since we had already unpacked everything. The other complaint was that my room key kept being deactivated. I had to go to the front desk on I believe 3 separate occasions when my key didn’t work and the desk clerk did not ask for any identification at all when recoding the keys, just asked the room number.

The property was very clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and had many options.

Literally nothing. It was exactly what we needed.
