- We have been stayed in there for 2 times. Everything is perfect. Staff are frienlly. always smile and give me some helpful information - big hotel with swimming pool on rooftop - Breakfast is delicious, vary of selection, Vietnam Pho with good taste - The girl in front desk give me spacious room with lake view for upgrade. They accepted late check out at 12:30pm without fee

Reception staff were great, always available and willing assist and go the extra mile. We had a late night bus when departing and were able to leave luggage there all day and the hotel offered us an option to take a shower and refresh before boarding the overnight bus. The room was comfortable and clean and great views of the lake and mountains in the background. The breakfast was also good especially the pho noodles.

The only downside was the internet as it was temperamental and would drop in and out. l don’t think this was the hotel’s issues and even on my local sim had issues with the internet.

The location is within walking distance of Sapa City Center. The road from the city center is a bit steep and uphill (perfect workout for your legs). The room was huge, beds were the perfect size though a bit hard for our liking. The bathroom was also spacious with complete toiletries. The room had a balcony with a great view of the lake and the mountains. Breakfast spread had a variety of choices mostly Vietnamese cuisine. The staff was also awesome, their front desk staff Hang and Huyen were very accommodating. We arrived early on the day of the check-in and Huyen immediately checked if there was a room that was available for us to do an early check-in at no charge. By our last day, Huyen arranged a shuttle service to drop us off at the bus station so we could head back to Hanoi. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was great value for money. Would consider this hotel again if we come back to Sapa.

Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff greeted us very friendly and we felt welcome right away. I could have upgraded room and reception lady took me the room to check it. This is the 1st time for me with such kind service. It was great location and the staff are amazing and courteous. Would like to stay with them again when I'm.back.

We loved the Hang the reception staff. She was amazing. Very helpful in making us feel comfortable and making the most of our stay in Sapa. We arrived at 6am on a sleeper bus and weren’t due to check in until 2pm. Hang got us in our room ready at 8:30am! She is incredible. She organised the cheapest bike rental in Sapa for us and was helpful with late check out. We have already booked another stay here

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Go extra mile to ensure you are happy. Both Mr. Neil and Ms. Hang are wonderful people. Mr. Neil arranged a last minute bus from Hanoi airport to hotel when I missed my train due to some issues.

No room phone, bed is little bit hard

We got a very good massage, all the staff was amazing. Nice pool, the restaurant offered a lot of variety of food.
