We arrived early in the morning and the staff allowed us to check in early. As a digital nomad, we needed to have at least good work space and they allow us to use the chairs from the restaurant. They are very kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect near the lake and bus station restaurants and market. The staff was very friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sapa.

We loved everything! From the great location and staffs to the stunning wooden ceiling in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay so much! Great value for money. Room is old but well kept. They managed to accommodate us eventhough we arrived one day earlier because of my mistake. They help me sort out our accommodations. I really appreciate it. They referred us to a great van rental so make sure you ask. Free delicious breakfast. My family loved the fried rice.

The only thing I can think off are the loud guests. They were drunk and shouting. I reported them to the front desk and they dealt with them immediately.

This hotel is perfect. The staff is super efficient and friendly; they helped us a lot with suggestions within Sa Pa and moving around other parts of Vietnam. The room is fantastic, super clean, and spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in. The breakfast is also delicious, abundant, and has many choices (from local pho to Western pancakes). On the last day, we had to check out early, and they left two boxes to take the breakfast with us, with a little bit of everything - it was so good! We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone going to Sa Pa.

The service made me feel at home. Everyone was so kind. They accommodated our late check-in and the hotel was 4min walk from the bus drop off! At breakfast they offer to make us noodles soup which was one of the best that we've had in our month in Vietnam. Washroom was well stocked and they offer lots of items like comb, toothbrush, etc. Such a perfect place to stay if you're on a budget and want something comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit limited but STILL GOOD! Also bring earplugs as sometimes it can be loud in the mornings with the doors closing as people start their day. Beds were a bit hard so be mindful of that.

They are most warm and helpful staff, they upgraded my family and my friend’s room with big widow on the front road, the room is very spacious and the the breakfast is very generous! I’ll definitely recommend this! When we are checking out, they didn’t ask us to give a good review but only ask if we enjoyed our stay and food there? I really appreciate their genuine hospitality! It’s worth to mention that Their English is very good too!

It is very near to where Interbuslines stops and picks up passengers. WiFi is very good, room is spacious, breakfast is provided and they even gave me a packed breakfast on my day of departure (upon request). The hotel also has a lift (elevator) which is not usual in Sapa. The staff manning the reception kindly gave me some dinner recommendations. The resident cats are a bonus to me 😻

Location close to the main bus stations with very large chamber for a good price. Staff helped us a lot with the cable car up the mountain (calling the mountain station to ask if the weather was clear, booking the cable car, and cancelling it when the cable car didn't run for that day due to maintenance work) and getting the location of our bus clear (calling with the bus company for us).

Breakfast was a bit difficult (staff didn't speak english that good) and cats running around, eventually it was fine.

Big room with a nice view. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were limited but good, we left super full every morning. Short walk into town.

The heater didn’t work, the room was freezing. No soundproofing, could hear people having “adult fun” in the neighbouring room. Kids screaming in the hallway. Wifi was okay.

The staff were exceptional. Hoang was really helpful in arranging late check out for me, and even went the extra mile to carry my bags to the bus station as I was running late for my bus - and had a lot of bags on me. The location is perfect. 2 min walk from the sleeper bus station. Sapa town is not too big, and if you stroll 30minutes you can probably walk the main town area. Sapa station area was too noisy, and this was nice and fat enough from the station to have quiet nights.

The bathroom hot water’s temperature control is weird. I tried to adjust it to warm water, but only scalding water came out. Honestly I probably could have asked the staff for help, but I was too lazy LOL so not issues there
