Room was nicely equipped, well laid out, very clean and obviously recently renewed, with the bathroom fixtures and paint pretty new and well done. Staff very helpful and friendly; owner gave a little tour of their herb and vegetable garden adjacent to the laundry area. Very good basic accommodations close to main roads and in walking distance to some retail and parks.

Really the only negatives were that the air conditioner was quite noisy as it turned on and off, making it difficult to sleep through; it was fairly effective at maintaining a comfortable temp in a week of high 80s and 90s.. The room phone didn't work for calling the front desk (couldn't be heard).

Simple but good breakfast, saves money. Staff was friendly and alert and made area feel safe. Easy access to rooms. Pretty hassle free. No real issues. Close to town center. Seem like good and kind people. Bed was comfortable. Pillows very really firm/hard (not my favorite) but usable that it wasn't worth asking to switch out. Maybe if we had a longer stay, we might have asked. Cool history of area.

A protein option for breakfast would be nice. I personally prefer solid floors versus carpet for ADA rooms as easier but it was fine as we travelled during cold weather.

The staff were incredibly friendly and after a 15hr trip and another hotel that rebooked our room to someone else, it was certainly welcome to be greeted by people so friendly, and the same on check-out. The Inn is super cute and the rooms spacious, with all the basics you need, and kept incredibly clean. Parking is ample directly outside the rooms and it felt safe and quiet around. Very good value for money and perfect spot for a stopover night.

My, indeed these were very nice people. The room was spotless, the bed and pillow very comfortable. The facility is close to the fairgrounds, off the main street. When the train come through in the early morning it really sets the mood, reminding you of the importance of this valley. We were there early May 2023 and residents will tell you as much as they like living there, it is to not. The waffle is not a reheated item, it is made to order, fresh. There is a laundry on the premises. Highly recommended.

The room lights were mostly 5000K and I think that in the bed area 3200K would have been more appropriate.

Some of the room are currently being renovated, beds are comfortable. Manager lady was very helpful on our reservation and she cook waffles nicely for breakfast. It was pretty quiet at night (Turlock is a peaceful town) except for the freight trains crossing at the edge of the town but my friend told me that you can still hear them if you are on the other side of the town.

The room was perfect for our needs—comfortable bed, clean room, coffee maker. Able to park the car very close to our room.

The breakfast wasn't much and really not much of an extra value. There could have been a hard boiled egg or toast or something besides a choice of a waffle or cereal.

Staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Small but functional. AC. Blew right on the bed so we're either cold or warm. 103 degrees outside.

AC needed some deflection. Tried with chair and pillow but not effective.

The area was quiet. Enough parking lots for all guests. Everything was very clean and very well maintained. Very friendly welcome during check in and the waffle breakfast. The owner had enough time to talk to and to give recommendations for trips to spots like San Francisco, Death Valley, Joshua Tree Park.

Location is nice and relatively close to freeway and shopping. It's on a quiet street. The rooms are decent and have been updated. Parking is close to the room.

Didn't partake of the breakfast. Room exceeded my expectations. Looked a little rough from the exterior but pleasantly surprised 🤨

The only thing that I would complain about is the shower curtain was a bit narrow for the tub.
