Receptionist upon check in was very polite, friendly, and professional!!

No fault of the employees or building, but there was a party on the main floor and the DJ was not cognitive or considerant of the people in the hotel. They were playing the music extremely loud that it distorted the music and vibrated the windows and floor. Thus making it unbearable that I could not fall asleep.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. They were extremely attentive to my families needs during out stay. Breakfast was amazing, especially the pancake machine. The choices were perfect.

Unfortunately, they were painting the hotel, sometimes noisybut not too bad. And some issues came up with our AC unit reading Error. But the maintenance crew was able to resolve issue.

check in took over 1 hour, despite having prepaid for our rooms and reserving them many weeks in advance. it was the night before Thanksgiving and we’re exhausted after a long ride and even longer day. Although it eventually was sorted out, we felt the manager should have had the authority to say “Looks like there’s an issue. Let’s get you into your rooms right away, and we can figure it out in the morning”. This was not a good way to start a 3-night stay; otherwise I would give our stay 10 stars.

This hotel provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are quiet and the staff is very friendly.

This restaurant offers a morning breakfast however it would be nice if the breakfast included a bigger variety of food selection.

I let the front desk know how the place was so clean. Our room was very clean. I let them know we will come back to stay! Friendly staff. Good breakfast! In-N-Out burger across the street, it doesn’t get better than that 😊

Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful.

We used the last towels at the pool and told the front desk, but hours later we noticed that no towels had been added to the pool.

The breakfast area was super nice clean and the food was perfect. A good selection. The front desk was helpful I wish I wrote his name down. The room was spacious and clean. The outside was well maintained and clean. Parking was easy.

The tub drained really slow.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The check in process was very smooth and easy.

The location is convenient but the loud noise from the freeway was overbearingly loud! The curtains also did not cover the whole window. there was an awkward slit in the middle, so when we wanted the room to be dark while watching movies there was annoying backlight. The staff were not in the front to greet guests/be there most times. we had to ring the bell.

Check in lady was very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast had a great variety and was flavorful. Great location

Great inside of hotel a lot of leaves outside. Everything else great.

I've had to stay alone in the area multiple times and have stayed here for a few of them and, no matter who is at the desk, they are always really genuinely nice and competent. The rooms themselves are just super clean and comfortable. Walk-able to affordable restaurants and fast food, plus a Target and a Safeway.

There was a loud thumping, whirring noise 24/7 in my room. (I'm hard of hearing, so I forgot about it for the most part, but I can see how it would be annoying to someone who hears well.)
