Our family had an overall positive experience during our stay. The property’s location is excellent, conveniently close to the metro station and just a 15-minute metro ride to the Central Station. The breakfast offered good value for the price, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in an apartment on the 14th floor. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and difficult to convert back into a sofa. In the bedroom, the room heater was not functioning initially but was repaired on the second night of our stay. Additionally, there were not enough glasses and cups provided for a family of four, an issue that could have been easily addressed by the housekeeping team prior to our arrival.

Good location, close to T-bane and 15 minutes drive to Gamla Stan and other attractions. Check in from 2pm made my stay easier, check out was easy. Everything necessary in the room. The price is low for Sweden, so I recommend it.

The door to the room should be more tightly sealed. The tap in the kitchen should be more movable because it is difficult to wash dishes and it is inconvenient when cleaning larger items such as a plate or a pan. Unfortunately, the building is located next to the T-bane tracks and it is noisy when trains pass by. Another difficulty is that there are only two elevators for approximately 200 rooms on 15 floors. Waiting times can be long.

The hotel was very easy to get to, being just a stones throw away from a metro station which makes it convenient to access if you’re coming from central. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. Room was presented nicely, had all the facilities you would expect.

Only the gym was a relative disappointment; I think to even call it a ‘gym’ in quotations would be a stretch. Definitely a facility that needs more love. I can imagine it would be worthwhile even paying for if it was bought up to speed and shown more love.

Elevator failed to work several times, like hanged up, didn't move. Garbage room stinks, there is no ventilation

The location was good and very close to public transportation to the city centre. There were also grocery stores nearby. I enjoyed the lounge area for the guests too. The bed was comfortable and it's really handy that the room has it's own kitchen which is well equipped.

The shower did not have properly hot water during the mornings on the weekend. The water was not ice cold, but just lukewarm, that was not great but bearable. My room was on top of the entrance and people would gather there to smoke and talk, it was a bit too noisy on Sunday night when I was trying to sleep.

Location at metro station, grocery store open till 23:00 and pharmacy in vicinity. Comfort room, simple but comfort with everything we needed. Kids playroom and leisure room on ground floor.

We were missing orientation plan or map of the building prior to arrival. We did not know there are two enters to building. We were at the back where entry code does not work after 6pm wondering how shall we get in. We did not know that there is another pair of more comfortable lifts at the end of the hallway. We had big difficulties to find the garbage room.

Nicely situated in Alvik, close to metro and commuter train. And an ICA supermarket at the square. We rented bicycles from Carmen at Nordic trails https://g.co/kgs/4bHSHx and had the best city stay possible. It is so much fun to cycle the green city of Stockholm.... There were no stoppers for kitchen sink and bathroom washbasin, also a kitchen towel to dry your cutlery was absent on arrival. The response from customer service was 👍.

Good concept on using the door code instead of keys. It was important for us, as we were many people. The apartment is quite big and includes all the necessary facilitie. There is a good comfort zone on the ground floor with ping-pong, billiard and free coffee. View from the gym on the top floor is amazing.

We arrived and found that the garbage was not removed from the previous guests. When we asked a cleaning lady to fix this she told she couldn’t help! and asked to contact the central premises. There are robots allocated to answer your questions, so they cannot always help at once. At the end we got an answer that it was the responsibility of the guests to remove the garbage!

The room was very spacious and we particularly liked the kitchen corner as it had all the utensils and other kitchen equipment. Very nice place for such a price ✌️

We had a bed for two people but the mattress was too soft and overall dimensions were too narrow. Me and my friend were constantly bumping into each other during the night although we are not that big (two females of an average size). The room didn't have AC and there was only one window so it could get quite hot or airless sometimes Also, beware while taking a shower because the hot water comes only for 20-25 minutes then it changes to cold and you have to wait until it gets hot again

Decent place to stay for a reasonable price. Location is easily accessed by metro and tram. The staff was lovely. Bedding and towels were white and clean. The view from our room (12th froor) was nice. The room had been renovated in the recent years.

Had to take out our own garbage bags. The garbage room was horrible. They also asked to do our own dishes. We didn't use them anyway but made us wonder how clean they would be.
