The breakfast was really tasty and extensive given the fact it is complimentary. Room interior and bed was very homely and relaxing, access to Netflix, great shower with nice toiletries etc. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance within 5 mins of city centre, Christmas markets etc. Staff also arranged a birthday display of balloons and macaroons for me prior to arrival!

This is a really superb boutique hotel, offering an individualised and unique stay with some lovely touches. The room was really well done, with a mini bar stocked with British snacks, gin, wine chilled water and fresh milk.. and the room comes with its own nespresso machine and kettle. No buffet breakfast but instead you get a little hamper in the morning hung on the door with a fresh croissant, the best fruit I’ve had in ages, yoghurt, compot, local butter and jam, and homemade granola. And all for such a reasonable price. We will be back!

Good welcome, friendly staff and left luggage facility available. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms , v well appointed and decorated. Super comfortable bed. Bathroom spacious, excellent shower and high end toiletries.

Lack of lounge space to sit for a group. Suggest hot drinks facility in lounge for guests later evening? Would happily pay extra... Breakfast hamper v good but impractical to eat in room sitting on bed if there are two of you. Didn't see anyone in guest lounge having the £11 breakfast upgrade- perhaps an adjustment on breakfast offer would suit guests who could sit at the table in comfort?

I loved the decor and little touches. From the radio being on when you check in to your room to the gorgeous breakfast hamper. The room was so comfy and cosy while feeling luxurious too. I had the best shower and then a wonderful night's sleep. Excellent location too, just minutes from the centre and good long-stay parking nearby. 'Cosy room' was still a good size.

It was a bit warm when we got into the room, especially as it's on the higher floors, but once we realised we could turn down the radiator it was absolutely fine. I'd rather it was warm than cold anyway.

Loved the location - was within walking distance of everything so could park up the car and just get around on foot. Was great having parking across the road from the hotel. Liked the look and feel of the property and the room was decorated nice with a lovely bathroom. Like it had a fridge and that breakfast was delivered to the room every morning and everything was good quality and fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Also liked the fact that we could access the hotel late at night as had a fob to swipe for entry. Also the beds were really comfy

Nothing put me off the property but would have been nice to have a dressing table with a mirror and a power point for hairdryer etc - there was a desk area but it was where the coffee machine was and the kettle and tray with glasses on etc and had the tv above it not a mirror but wouldn’t stop me staying at the property again

A BEAUTIFUL hotel in Bath! Small and cozy with lovely design and ambiance. I regret not getting the name of the young lady who checked us in, but she was so sweet and welcoming; She gave us restaurant recommendations and other activities/sites to see. The room was cute and well-stocked. Bed was comfortable (small of course--but that's Europe!). I had submitted a special request during booking for some prosecco and macarons to be in the room upon our arrival as we were celebrating an anniversary. They had a nice bottle set on ice with beautiful glassware waiting as soon as we went up. The breakfast basket was included in our stay, and was such a sweet touch. Fresh orange juice and everything! It's brought straight to your room, so you can enjoy in bed. Thanks for a great stay!

My ONLY complaint was the shower (door). The doorway to enter is super tiny! You have to squish in sideways if you're not a particularly small person.

Every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations, from the moment we got there we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by your attentive staff. We felt an immediate sense of comfort when taken to our room which had stunning decor. The rooms were a blend of modern elegance mixed with the historic charm that Bath is renowned for. The attention to detail in the decor, the plush furnishings, really created that luxurious feel. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The central location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore Bath, use Thermae Spa and enjoy the vast array of restaurants. In the morning a breakfast hamper was hung on our door, ready to enjoy at our own pace. It included a croissant, fruit and a creamy yogurt compot this added a special touch to the visit. Thank you for making this night away so special, we cannot wait to come back and visit again.

The string lights on the roof terrace were unfortunately not working :(. I believe the solar panels may need replacing.

There was a smell of old drains outside our bedroom which was on the ground floor Breakfast basket was good however there was nowhere in your room to eat your breakfast and I do not want to eat on the bed. Having to pay an extra £11 to upgrade breakfast was too expensive. Being supplied with a Nespresso machine but then having to buy more pods if you used the 2 provided was another annoyance Our room was small, described as cozy it was big enough and the bathroom was big. I just found the whole experience a little expensive but I suppose that is Bath

Beautifully presented boutique hotel, close proximity to the centre of bath and several points of interest. I didn’t time it but would say nothing is more than a 10 minute walk. Good continental style breakfast delivered to your door at 8AM. Check in and out experience was seamless and staff super friendly and helpful. We had a ground floor room on the road and still found it quiet, I liked the small detail of having earplugs provided next to the bed was nice, however we didn’t need them. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

The room decoration would beautiful! Lovely spacious room and wonderful en-suite bathroom with a big bathtub. Supplied full sized local toiletries which smelled amazing, which can be purchased from reception to take home. Bed was very big and very comfortable. A Continental breakfast was delivered every morning with a variety of fruits, yoghurt and granola and pastry with butter and jams as well as fresh fruit juice. Very lovely selection and enjoyed having breakfast in bed each morning. The location is perfect, lots of local great pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance and great for walking to all the big attractions (within 15 minutes)

Air conditioning was noisy to sleep through but appreciated having it in the hot weather.
