- great place, and rooms (and house in general) are made with good taste, and smells nice with essences in the room and common area - there was a decent wardrobe for clothes. rare find!! - location is good - no insects in room. rare find as well ! - very comfortable bed - a lot of snacks and tea and kettle, spoons, tray, other cutlery upon request - very nice fresh towels and their amount is good - 2 big, 2 medium, 1 small (it was 2 of us) - kind and helpful owner, speaking good English, any request was addressed quickly, we had only positive emotions from communicating with him In general, very clean and cozy place, definitely will book again when come back to Mirissa :)

- sometimes can be a little noisy from roads, though it never bothered our sleep - shower pressure could be improved - no soap/shampoo/shower gels, you should be prepared and take it with you

The room was really clean, bed very comfortable, TV and wifi worked well and the host was very friendly. There were lots of towels provided and the location was perfect - a few minutes walk to the beach and centre of Mirissa. Our room was peaceful and felt luxurious for the price we paid!

Nothing! There wasn’t a fridge in the room (but it wasn’t advertised so it was as expected) but that would’ve made it absolutely perfect!

Was a very comfortable stay, couldn't ask for more. Bathroom very clean. No restaurant attached, but provisions for tea provided in the room. Loads of eateries and bakeries close by. The owner, Kelum, was very friendly and helpful. He even dropped us to the Secret Beach in his tuk tuk, and offered to pick us up ! Nothing was too much. Offered late checkout if we needed it. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Nothing to fault really.

Had an amazing stay there. Room was clean, big comfortable bed, desk, TV and a nice bathroom. It was quiet and the AC was working great. Wi-fi was very fast and reliable. Kelum was very helpful. I'd love to come back there!

Water was hot in the day and cold in the evening/night, pillowcases were a bit smelly

I stayed for a month, it was a perfect stay. The host is a very kind hospitable man, always ready to help with any questions. I was working remotely and he did more than everything for my comfort. As well he showed me some wonderful places nearby and it was always interesting to talk to him. Best service for such affordable price

The accommodation was perfect, really clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, mosquito nets provided, working A/C, great location. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Really clean, well-equipped, and nicely furnished room. Good hot water and WiFi. This guest house is on the main road between Matara and Colombo. Kelum, the owner, is a genuinely nice guy and a good communicator.

This is a very nice, and well-managed, place to stay. The only drawback is the road noise and general ambient dim of Mirissa - crappy dance music and other noise.

Location: Great location, less than 10mins walk to the beach. Everyone was lovely outside the hotel, no bother from the locals, felt safe walking around the local shops. Loads of places to eat within walking distant. Beach is full of places to eat and drink. Lively beach area with music and lights: on the main road and easy accessible by car Room/Cleanliness: Room was spotless and a good size, kettle and tea/coffee provided. There is a TV and shower, fan and A/C Host: Kelum was a fantastic host, he made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He advised us on what to do in the area, included places to eat for vegetarians. He also owns a tuk tuk, dropped us to the recommended resturant and pick us up which was great as we arrived late evening.  Overall: Great stay, only stayed a night and needed somewhere clean, basic and comfortable, exceeded our expectations. In terms of value for money, the room is worth more than what we paid for it. Would definitely recommend it

Very clean, extremely friendly owner & staff!

Honestly one the best places we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka so far. Originally had booked for just 1 night but within a couple hours had changed it to stay 3 nights. The owner is super friendly and is around if you need anything but never felt too intrusive at all. The room was insane value for money, everything was super clean, the WiFi worked perfectly, shower pressure was great and had hot water! The bed was massive and so comfy with a mosquito net and super effective air con and a big fan. Even though the property is located next to the main road the traffic didn’t disturb us at all and the location is actually good for being able to walk everywhere easily. The owner gave us free water every time we asked and even let me use his personal mobile to make a call.

Nothing could be better, everything was perfect.
