The property was near the sea and could see the sea from my bedroom window. The room and bathroom were very spacious Beautifully decorated. Bed was so comfortable, slept well. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Good breakfast choices but we had Full English Breakfast every morning, delicious. I was very lucky to get free parking outside the property but there was a car park opposite the property, £4.00 for the day and free parking from 18.00 to 09.00am. Very reasonable I thought.

In the evening the ceiling light did not give out much brightness, this could’ve been the light shade. Luckily there were two good table lamps. We found the Wi-Fi was very poor. Connection kept cutting out.

The hotel is well placed for the beach and both ends of the town. The hosts are amazing and we could not have been made more welcome. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom is enormous. We enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast brought to the table. A bonus was the free parking right outside. We would definitely return to this comfortable accommodation. Thank you.

Breakfast was good but I was wondering if the menu changed to vary what guests receive in a longer stay.

What a wonderful experience it was staying at the Clyffe Hotel. Everyone was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and it was definitely worth paying a little extra for the sea view. I have stayed in many hotels and I would rate the breakfast as one of the best...perfect poached eggs, crispy bacon and as much toast/tea/coffee as you want. There is a lift if you have a heavy suitcase or difficulty walking so they appear to have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Free parking is available on the street right outside the hotel and I had no trouble finding a space. Failing that, there is a car park opposite the hotel which I noticed always had spaces during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, close to the beach, esplanade, both piers, &c.. The room was clean and spacious and the decor stylish, including the bathroom. Beds very comfortable. A good breakfast, remembering that this is a B&B not a luxury chain hotel. The staff we saw/spoke to - only two - are friendly and helpful and want you to enjoy the stay. If you can find a space on the road nearby you can park for an unlimited time, free. There is plenty of parking opposite the hotel in a council car park, pay between 8am and 6pm.

It was all fine for our modest requirements, so nothing would be the answer.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with sea view. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of resturants near by and pier was across the road. Beach was sandy with attractive beach huts and long promenade to walk along. Very relaxing.

No parking on site, but there was a carpark across the road and later in day there was parking on the road outside the hotel. Though we had a sea view, the carpark was directly infront so obscured the view.

Hotel well maintained and nicely decorated. Clean. Good location on front. Staff pleasant. Full English breakfast good. Hot and freshly made.

TV in room did not work which Proprietor was not aware of, but offered us alternative room. Parking is free on road, but tricky getting spot near hotel in busy times, and car park opposite is only pay by app.

We had a large room at the front on the third floor (there is a lift). Very comfortable bed, large bathroom and great views. Good cooked breakfast but maybe could have more selection for those not wishing to have a cooked breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

The only thing I could criticise was the fact that there wasn't a mirror, seat and plug together which made drying hair a bit difficult.

Breakfast was fairly good, nice to see fresh fruit as well. Once parked on the road it was easy to walk to main part of town. Staff were really friendly and helpful

Cobwebs in the bathroom and bedroom carpet looked 'splattered'.Had the full English, both eggs were 'solid' and sausages, and beans were warm, not hot
