Absolute 10/10 hotel!!! We had room on 10th floor, great view, extremely clean, well equipped, breakfast room very glamurous. and food fresh and tasty. Spacious eoom. Trains, buses, metro and shopping center 50-200metres. Couldnt wish more! Comftable beds and blankets. Big windows, which gives you lot of light! Thank you!

The hotel is new and very clean. The location was perfect as it was situated directly in front of Westfield Stratford mall and a 3 minute walk to the tube station. The room is cozy and size was spacious. The most important thing was how quiet the hotel was.

The hotel was a 20 to 30 minutes ride to central London and sometimes took even 50 minutes depending on the location we wanted to go to.

Cleanliness

The fire alarm alerted 3 times in the middle of the night. (around 2:26am) and no-one informed us what was happening. We called to the reception and was told that we can continue to sleep. Ok, we continued to sleep but the alarm alert again at 3:45am! It was so scary and no one answer the calls this time. My husband has to go down (by staircase as the lift has stopped) to the reception to find out what was happening. This was happened on the first night of our stay on 14 July 2024.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception, concierge, restaurant and cleaning. Location great for underground and shops. Room generally quiet, facing Cherry lane. Nice buffet breakfast, choice of hot and cold foods with good coffee and bread

Bathroom..no rails for hanging bath towels. Shelves above toilet rather than sink, hence not convenient and not hygienic. Housekeeping came at different times and varied in quantity, some days we got bottle water but not other days.Had to ask for an extra chair as room only had 1 chair and 1 armchair.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Most of the staff were polite and courteous. Generro (duty manager) was very helpful and his customer service was excellent. Good dining facilities.

When we checked into our room there was an issue with the sink and water was overflowing as the sink plug was broken and the phone battery was not working. However after talking to Generro (duty manager) this was promptly rectified.

Ideal hotel in London. Stratford has perfect connections to Heathrow (Elizabeth line), city center, Docklands and Greenwich, rail and bus. Olympic park and venues in 5-minute walk. Morning runs in Olympic park, Victoria park, by the canals. Westfield mall for shopping, eating. The hotel is new, well maintained, comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean, light. Small kitchen is a nice addition. Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast is tasty, well-assorted. Altogether, an optimal value and we would choose again.

Not easy to find at arrival.

Location in major shopping centre with brilliant transport links to central London. Wheelchair accessible room with shower room was spacious and hotel was easy to get around in a wheelchair. Friendly and helpful staff from the concierge, reception and restaurant staff happy to help whenever possible.

As someone who was travelling with a disabled guest in our own car it would have been better to be told to go to the car park in Westfield as the disabled parking is right next to the main lift for the hotel rather than stop on the road away from the hotel. Also make it easier and safer for concierge to collect our bags and equipment.

Everything ... House maids very courteous and helpful Concierge staff very polite and greeted you with welcoming smiles and offers of assistance. Excellent breakfast choices. Very prompt checking/ out. Reception staff great. Very handy to tube station.

Pillows were a little hard but not that bad to complain about. Not clear instructions to find hotel, maybe I didn't follow instructions clearly 😅

Clean and comfortable studio/room. Nice facilities to have the mini-kitchen. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was a pleasant experience. It could be busy at times and the doors shut on the serving area at closing times. The staff were all very helpful, polite and efficient. Location is excellent, next to the train station (many lines of access to London) and on top of the Westfield mall - so transport, shopping and food all sorted! I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing we did not like.

The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for my mother who needed disability access. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We did have to ask a few times for extra blankets as my mother gets very cold easily. Breakfast was lovely. A lot of gluten free options for my self to which is great. Would love to stay here again.

Having to ask 4 times for blankets. And the shower room flooding but not that big of a deal :)
