Near the metro, clean and neat room, newly constructed room as per the receptionist, had a mini garden, big television

No elevator- difficult if you have big/heavy luggages; WiFi did not work - they communicated that there had been technical issues; no remote for the air conditioning which I already messaged in whatsapp- did not get any response; Not much variety in their breakfast menu, had no ketchup as well; Receptionist didn't bother to assist or offer help with the luggages (the first one was a woman which is understandable but the other one we had the next day was a big guy)

Very kind people , next to tram station the room was OK in general . But I think a little bit expensive but it's Florence after all.

Overall, the stay was really good for the price we payed (600 euros for 2 people for 4 nights). The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, it was very good and had lots of options (savory as well as sweet). The personnel were also very welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the personnel cleaned the room everyday and the noise was present, but not too bad.

The only weak point was the fact that our room was small, but maybe we weren’t that careful to book a bigger one go begin with, so keep that in mind. We didn’t quite have room to move around the room and to store all our luggage (2 backpacks and 2 cabin bags)

It is a family run hotel/bed n breakfast by a lovely gentleman and his lovely sister. It was a nice place for what we were looking for relating to cost - not the city centre prices, but reasonable for a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the city centre which we wanted because we always try to incorporate extra walking into our holidays to get to know the layout of the neighbourhoods. We had a lovely little garden area to enjoy - which we did while enjoying a glass of wine after our train journey from Verona and before we set out to start our exploration of the Florence City Centre. The bedroom was a decent size and the bed was a (North American queen size) and very comfortable. They served up an excellent breakfast - even offered prosecco for a mimosa to start the day off (lol). Overall, we were very pleased with our choice for all the reason mentioned above and would definitely for future travels to Florence

Nothing. Met our expectations

The owners and staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was beautiful, too many lovely pastries to possibly try them all. The rooms are good-sized and nicely furnished. The neighborhood was very quiet at night, pleasant, and off the beaten path. The tram was nearby and a short hop to the train station. However, it is a little far from the city's historic attractions. Due to a tram problem, we were late to a guided tour of the Academy. It is not really possible to hail a cab on the street, but a hotel or restaurant can call one if you are not near a taxi line. Overall, I recommend the Relais and am grateful for the extra care that was shown to us.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the entire hotel area were clean and well-maintained.

There was no elevator, which made it challenging with our heavy luggage. Parking was difficult, though I understand this can be a common issue in many cities. Additionally, it was a bit hard to recognize the hotel when we first arrived.

The breakfast offered was excellent. Because I pre booked museum visits early in the morning, I was only able to utilize that option for half of my stay.

I cannot find anything wrong with this property. It was farther from the train station than I originally thought, but I figured the tram system after arrival.

Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and sufficient for our needs. It has a convenient location near the tramline for an 8min journey into the centre. Can recommend.

The lighting in the room created an impersonal and rather cold atmosphere. The mattress was a little too hard but fine for just a couple of nights.

A very nice room. Very clean and neat. The room keeps the vibe of an the old town building with a matching interior decoration. The staff at the reception desk were very kind and friendly and gave the best first impression the minute we walked into the building. Even though the apartment is not very central, there is a tram stop 2 minutes away that gets you directly to the center.

Breakfast was great. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were moderately comfortable (I just felt I was rolling to one side) and the Staff were excellent. The were so friendly and helpful.

Only negative and it's likely not important to most, but we could not get our TV to show any English speaking stations particularly the news stations.
