It was close to both the airport and the cruise port , and complimentary shuttle service from the airport was provided. The breakfast provided was decent.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was trash under the bed and hair in the bathroom. The hotel also has a no cash policy that wasn’t disclosed on the website.

The pool was a hit with the two kids in our group. There was a good ($$) restaurant just a block away.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a disappointment. It never showed up after an hour's wait. We had to take two cabs (6 ppl + 12 bags for a two-week cruise) because the shuttle driver "forgot" (??) to continue making pickups. The hotel reimbursed us the $36 of taxi costs. The shuttle service offered from the hotel to the cruise port was pricey ($15 pp), so we got two Ubers for half the cost.

It’s only a five minutes drive from the rental center at FLL. Pretty easy to find the way too. It’s was a big sized room, with a sofa in the sitting area. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. There was a good average American breakfast, which was included in our price. And they’ve got a shuttle service running to both the airport and cruise port.

That they gave you your room as soon as it was ready. Came off a cruise and was at the hotel by 9:30 am thinking they would store our bags which they did but put us on a first come first serve list and had our room available buy 10:30 am. The beds were amazing!!

There really was not a lot to do close by it would simply be a hotel stay overnight thing. The front desk lady was not very nice when we first got there and many people were complaining about her. She seemed to warm up as the day went on but not a really warm reception upon arrival it was more like we were inconveniencing her her attitude really made people uncomfortable.

We stayed in 2 King rooms just for one night. The rooms were huge and extremely clean and comfortable. There was a large clean pool on site and staff were friendly and efficient. They do take alot of holds on yr credit card though - there were 3 charges for each room, the cost of one night, the security deposit and then the payment. As we were only there for one night the total was almost 3 x the actual cost. Alot to sit on your card. I would definitely recommend staying here; restaurants nearby and airport 5mins away (also a shuttle is available) made it very easy.

The only thing I did not like about the breakfast was the plates and cutlery - environmentally, not good. Washable plates and cutlery would have been better

The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The location was very convenient to the airport which made for a low stress early morning taking the shuttle to the airport preparing for a day of travel.

The HVAC system was very noisy whenever it kicked on. We wished the shuttle ran every half hour vs. every hour but at least it’s a quick ride to the airport.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

We'll see what's up with water, the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly and you couldn't watch TV. So we watch TV on our phones and tablets. The lady at the front desk said there was nothing that she can do about it cuz DirecTV was down. And that happened for 3 days that we was there. And the breakfast was not good and it wasn't enough of grits out for everyone only one package. The staff that prepared the breakfast was not helpful and they was very loud in the Next Room.

The room was clean with no smells, and the bed was so soft and comfortable.

I have stayed here before in the past, and the TV reception still SUCKS!!! You can't even relax and watch TV or a movie because the channels keep freezing, and giving an error message the channel is unavailable. That is annoying If you just want to stay in your room and chill, especially for the rate I paid. Management really needs to get a better TV service and provider.

Staff and room

Too far from restaurants. There is 1 that is close enough to walk but everything else is .5 miles or more one way. It would be nice if the hotel provided us with a list of restaurants that delivered and that are also reputable. Breakfast that morning was disappointing:juice machine was out , the sausage was so overcooked you needed a sawzall to cut it . Eggs were pulverized into tiny pieces you had to eat with a spoon. Coffee was ok. Too far from restaurants for those of us walking.
