LOCATION THE RECEPTIONIST ABDULA HE HAS GOOD ENGLISH, GOOD MORAL AND HELPFUL MAKES MY STAY AT ARENA JOYFUL AND ENJOYABLE .MY BEST REGARDS TO HIM

ALL THE RECEPTIONIST THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ENGLISH I MEAN MOST OF ALL HIS STAFF RECEPTION, RESTAURANT. CONCIERGE THE CROWD OF ATHLETES WEIGHTLIFTING AND WERSTLING MOST OF THEM THEY USED THEIR HANDS AND FINGERS IN TAKING FOOD IT WAS DISGUSTING . THE LIMTNESS OF BREAKFAST MENU. SMALL RESTAURANT TOO MUCH PEOPLE MOST OF THEM ARE OLYMPIC CENTER VISITORS.

Every thing was perfect

I stay 2days with my family was nice comfortable clean hotel it’s good for relaxation ,breakfast nice delusion ,overall quiet hotel ….room and washroom wide and clean ,staff and reception not much good I face in my first day problems in transportation I o out side hotel and I tried to got help from my them but no response …location little fare way But overall very clean comfortable hotel there’s nice park outside in morning it’s fantastic 🥰❤️

Staff hospitality was great. Despite language challenges, they went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurant specially cooked vegetarian pilaf for us at breakfast since vegetarian options were limited. The facilities offered include free usage of Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, billiards and steam suana. Infact we extended our stay by a day at the hotel.

Nothing, just there is no pool for kids and should be other big daily meal open Buffet dinner or lunch becuse sometime there's no time to go out and have dinner or lunch thats all 🌹

Arrived at this hotel, completely exhausted from a long drive. The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable and provided with appropriate amenities. Breakfast was also good, not a whole lot of options for vegetarians, but I saw this in every hotel that I stayed at in Azerbaijan.

In April, the AC was only blowing hot air, which would have been fine but the room started to feel stuffy after a while. We had to crank the window open to sleep.

Very helpful staff especially restaurant and reception, they try their best too help and accommodate despite only few then can speak/ understand English.

Housekeeping was a bit confusing instead of doing it themselves we had to call them to make up the rooms everyday. Gym and sports facilities were at a short walking distance but gym timings were a bit difficult. Other than that e had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Hotel room was spacious and comfortable.

Lady at the check in reception took 30 mins and she was not even giving due attention . She took longest to compete the check in without providing any reason. This happened on Aug 6 at about 3 pm. Room service didn’t clean the washroom and Arabic shower was not working. Rest was fine as staff in general was helpful.

Clean nice hotel and helpful staff but they don't speak English well breakfast is good ...very good swimming pool

I like the hotel , big thanks to Mr. abdullah , i think he is the only one from the stuff who speak english so you contcat and get what you want easily.

Most of the stuff doesn’t speak english , and when i asked for cleaning the room , the cleaners came and just clean the bathroom and i keep telling them what to do and what to clean !!!
