Location, big size of the rooms, overall everything was good

I think there is a room for making this place better…first of all , they need to reduce the prices of the dishes there as most of the time the restaurant is empty…they need to have more options of different cuisines as there are a lot of tourists… Lebanese food would be a great option because it is a very famous cuisine and it covers the vegetarian and non vegetarians. The skating arena was not ready, in which I think it should have been up and running by December . The indoor pool is amazing. As for ski Instructors you need to give them an intensive course in English language, this will help you a lot to improve communication with your guests. And you need to reduce the prices of equipment rentals..

We absolutely loved this property, especially their outdoor hot swimming pool, offering excellent views of the snowcapped mountains in the backdrop. There's also an indoor hot pool for those who may not be willing to go for the outdoor experience. The breakfast included in the package is also excellent, with a great variety of food on offer. The staff was excellent too, very polite, helpful & lovely. The location is perfect, you just step outside and take the stairs down to the area where the Shahdag mountain coaster starts and there are several shuttle buses running to Shahdag mountain resort. I have no complaints about my stay in this property!

Room - super luxurious, the heated outdoor pool is a master stroke in this property, indoor pool and jacuzzi are also superb, Gym small but for a holiday- perfect, Breakfast lavish, breakfast restaurant- with mesmerizing view. Staff is the best Ive experienced in any hotel worldwide, from the security at the gate to the senior management, who were there to help you at every step. Italian restaurant has an extensive menu and once again extremely courteous staff looking after all your needs, the view from the room- you can just sit and admire for hours, the calm and the peace is what you desire on a holiday, activity center is a 5 minute drive, cant get better than this

I WAS SICK THE MAJORITY OF TRIP, I APPRECIATED THE SWIFTNESS AND CONVENIENCE OF DOCTORS/AMBULANCE TO HELP. BUFFET WAS GOOD AND ITALIAN RESTAURANT, BUT AGAIN, VERY SLOW SERVICE. SKI IN SKI OUT WAS PERFECT.

HOT TUBS AND OUTSIDE POOL WERENT UP TO TEMPERATURE STANDARDS. SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOTTER. THE CONCIERGE FORGOT TO MAKE OUR RESERVATION FOR 12 PEOPLE AT ONE RESTAURANT BUT SWIFTLY HELPED MAKE ANOTHER FOR A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT. ROOM TEMPERATURE WAS VERY COLD & DRY. OUR TEMPERATURE GAGUE WASNT WORKING. ALSO HOUSEKEEPING/FRONT DESK. NEVER ANSWERED PHONES, VERY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF PEOPLE FOR EXTRA TOWELS ETC.-VERY SLOW SERVICE.

It was my second time there, so it says a lot about it. I love the hotel, the vibe, the views from different angles. The hotel is very well located, right next to all the activities: ski station, rental shop, rollacoaster, horse riding, quad, ice rink, bowling, pool table, games... Very friendly, helpful and professional staff Rooms are spacious and clean. Spa was really good. Amazing outdoor and indoor pools.

Breakfast was not up to standard even though the staff tried to do something about it but still it wasn't great. 5 days same food, dry and quite cold, the manager tried to take into consideration our concerns and requests which was very nice of him but he is not the chef. When the hotel breakfast is your only option in the area, you have to really work on it.

everything was perfect Breakfast was good although it needs more choices rooms are big and comfort we did not use the pool although it looks very good room services are so friendly and nice

Bath rooms has no water Shattaf , although there is one in the toilets in the reception

Everything is amazing. It’s one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Jamal, Mr.Saddam, Mr. Abdul, Mr. Musfiq along with the hosts at the Italian restaurant which has amazing food. Amenities amazing. Rooms clean, close to all attractions. Pool is wonderful.. spa and massage is exceptional.. I’ll miss it

AC is the room was set to heat only.. no cooling which made the ventilation bad in winter.

Room was spacious enough, beds was comfy, check-in and check-out service was quick, hotel is right at the top of Shahdag Mountain and nearby to all attractions. they have a lovely internal and external swimming pools and many walking distance nearby restaurants and entertainments around the hotel.

We stayed for 4 days and the breakfast menu was the same everyday. There was no shuttle bus to other attraction areas.

The location is fabulous. The property is in the middle of the snowy mountains. Active skiing happening all around. The property is well maintained and blessed with very courteous and friendly staff. I visited with my family and had a great time. Breakfast is not just an event but an experience with a diverse spread of options with local and European cuisine where the dining staff are always prepared to make your dining experience a memorable one with the landscape of snowy mountains around the dining space. Special appreciation to the chef Mr.Vincent Francis for his careful observation of guests and including in the menu the cuisine of their country in the days menu. We were also organised a breakfast in Pik chalet because we loved the ambience with surrounding snowy mountains. Thanks Vincent for that. Special mention to the house keeping staff who are always ready to help. Our recognition to the lady Ms.Maral who is very helpful and to make our stay comfortable.

Layout of the bathroom, no lockable toilets, no hair dryer, small balcony. However these things are minor but overall it was a great experience

Location, room size, staff exceptional. Breakfast was good. The outdoor heated pool in 0c was amazing! Ski lifts and ski rental all in the same building. Very easy access. The roller coaster, skidoo (over priced), coffee shop, shisha was all within 2-5 mins walk

The Italian restaurant was not great. We ordered several meals and not one was nice. Food in general at Shahdag was poor.
