I was very happy in our stay , it was wonderful time .and I like to thank all ,especially Mrs. TSVETELINA for finding a good room for me. The hotel is very near to the central bus station and metro .. Also not verry far from the center ... Many Halal , arab , and turkish restaurant near , also the spa ,swimming pool and Gym is wonderful .

The room is little old need some renewal but its OK and clean , had some scratch in the wall .l

☆ Staff was very helpful and kind ☆ The room was very cozy ☆ The water pressure in the shower was amazing. In our room the shower had a strong door so no water could possibly get outside which was very satisfying ☆ The breakfast had plenty of choices and the restaurant was large and beautiful ☆ Overall the place is warm and cozy. Since we stayed during December they had it all decorated nicely so it was pretty welcoming ☆ IMPORTANT: I appreciated that there was a sticker sign at the bathroom mirror saying that basically if you lost your hygiene products, for example let's say toothbrush/toothpaste or maybe you're missing pads, they will give some to you. Maybe it's the bare minimum, but it's welcoming and a good gesture so it's very much appreciated

☆ Why put a turning lock on the inside part of the door if it won't work? Please check your locks' quality from the inside of the rooms! I know that your doors are greatly secured with your card system, but seeing that there was a lock on the inside that didn't really work, was kinda weird. I did get nervous though (social anxiety) and ik afraid I didn't mention it to you. Sorry, now you know!

+ Bed was comfortable + Room cleaning was done daily throughout our stay + Complmentary water bottles in rooms. + Good continental breakfast in a huge area + Victoria Swimming pool and spa. + Welcome drink and cookies near reception (helpful when coming from outside in very hot weather) + Staff at reception speak English

- old stains in bathroom - Stained carpets - Cigarette smoke smell in the lobbies and lifts. - No gratis tea or water in pool reception (available in similar Ramada hotels e.g. Bucharest) - nothing to do for kids in the hotel (no play area). - lack of greenery around hotel - small toilets

Overall we enjoyed staying in this hotel and had a good time. There's plenty of entertainment to choose from, starting with 3 saunas, a big swimming pool, the gym - they even had aqua aerobics at the time of our stay, and there's a salt chamber as well. In the evening, you can entertain yourself at the casino and at 11pm they have a cabaret show which was worth attending. Breakfast was varied and everyone would find something to eat, I especially liked the banana freshly made smoothie. It was a walking distance to the centre, and if not, trams, metro and buses were pretty frequent and in walking distance. The look is post soviet era which I expected so didn't make any bad impression on me, was like travelling back in time. The view from the window was really nice and panoramic.

When we first arrived, water in the bathroom was a consistent orange colour, we were afraid to use it. It improved with time, must have not been used for some time or something. There was a note in the bathroom that extra toiletries like razors were available at reception, but in fact they weren't. There weren't any milk sachets left for coffee in the room. The wait time for the lift is LONG, there hotel is very busy and if you are on the top floors, you need to allow more time getting up and down.

The hotel is located in a walking distance from the city center and there is also a metro station and a tram station very close to the hotel. There was no need to use our car for our daily visits downtown or to the main points of interest. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good.

When I booked the hotel I read also the comments from previous visitors. Some of them were negative and I was a little bit cautious. To be honest I had a pleasant stay without facing any negative experience. The only observation is that there was some noise in the room due to the tram but it didn't hamper our sleep or our calmness. I believe that the hotel based on the price is a good choice if visiting Sofia

I stayed in this hotel not the first time so I knew what I should expect. First bonus I got even before my trip: the last moment after the deadline of free cancellation I had to reschedule the dates and the hotel charge nothing for that, surely I definitely stayed in Ramada when I finally got to Sofia. This time I stayed for a quite a long 20 days period so I have to admit that surprisingly nothing in the hotel managed to spoil my journey. For example, the variety of food, especially fresh fruits and vegetables, left me no reason to complain about the breakfast. The Reception staff is very professional and helpful, they advised me what to do when I had to shorten my trip get a refund despite it wasn’t possible according to the rules.

The only annoying thing was Wi-Fi: it often signed out and you had to monitor internet connection in order to sign in again.

It is so close to the central bus station. Since we used bus to come and go from Sofia, it was very convenient for us. Just a five minute walk and you're there. The hotel also had everything a hotel should have. Breakfast was nice. Location was nice. We pretty much walked everywhere but if you want to use tram or metro, the stations are very close. Taxi is also not very expensive.

We had no negative thoughts apart from the fact that noises from the hallway could be heard during the night. But this is mostly the fault of the people who talk loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night.

Everything was great. The staff is professional and friendly. They have a valet parking service, which is an added value in a 4-star hotel. The elevators are fast. The food is good, tasty and fresh. The room and bathroom were clean. You also have a bathrobe and slippers in a standard room, which is more than expected in a standard room in a 4-star hotel. The location is 5 minutes from the city center, easily accessible from the highway. The wellness & spa center is open until 10 pm even on holidays. The three saunas are very decent. Excellent value for money. Recommendations for this hotel, I will be happy to come again.

very clean and comfortable, two minutes walk from train station and bus station. staff extremely friendly, especially kristiyana on reception. lovely and quiet

central location near to the central bus station and train station plenty of shops and restaurants nice breakfast SWIMMING POOL!!!!!( you gonna need a hat to use the swimming pool ) Safe lockers,the showers and toilets were very clean, cleaning staff worked very well / very warm in the showers next to swimming pool. The size of the room surprised me--- very spacious. shower + bath quiet hotel I had really excellent time I will book this hotel again !!!
