Breakfast was good though the menu on offer needs more variety if someone is staying longer eg include crossaints, muffins, crepes every other day. Location was in a safe neighborhood though one needs transport to go to any of the shops. Pleasant and discreet staff. Owner was responsive to all emails in good time. Flexible with check out times. Had good aircon, nice little fridge provided in rooms.

Travelled with a baby hence the room needed a frequent touch up - no mops left nearby, regular linen change when spilt, move up breakfast time to 1000hrs for guests who are on holiday and trying to relax.

I really enjoyed my stay, the facilities are great, staff is very friendly. If you're looking for a quiet place then this is for you. It felt a bit odd to not have the hustle and bustle of staff around you but you get used to it very quickly. great place to relax and unwind

The bathtub didn't fill up - not sure if it was the plug but it was a bit of a disappointment especially when its cold

Vanilla Guesthouse was lovely! The team are friendly and helpful and take care of you during your stay. My room was perfectly appointed and breakfast was delicious. It's such a bonus that they have a loadshedding solution in place and wifi is available at all times. Well done to the team =)

I noticed there was only Decaf Coffee Sachets available in the rooms - Perhaps there was a stock issue? Normal coffee would be great. Other than that, I cannot fault the team on anything.

Everything else about the place was perfect. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Perfect breakfast. Super clean rooms.

I waited for too long at the gate, waiting for someone to open after ringing the bell and calling more than 3 times. It was during the day, by the way. The gas geyser, I found it hard to operate.

Beautiful, safe accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

The parking situation can be a bit disorganised when there are lots of guests with cars. Perhaps guests staying for longer stays shld hv an allocated parking bay which is blocked off by a traffic cone to ensure they are guaranteed a parking bay every day

Smart TV is a win. We enjoyed how Chilled the place was. It's in a quiet area even though still in the heart of Randburg. The Breakfast was filling, they had several options and we enjoyed it. The pool is well maintained, the room is very spacious. With big shower and separated toilet.

The rooms were spotless and well thought out - beautifully decorated and well equipped.

The “honesty” bar is a brilliant idea, however I would do think one for chips, chocolates etc. if you are hungry but don’t want to go out or order in.

Staff were pleasant accommodating and helpful , breakfast was ample and had a variety of hot or cold. Room was of a decent size with a comfortable bed and a big shower which was wonderful.

Being an elderly person , I would of liked a grab handle inside the shower.

The room was very comfortable, i loved the paint color. The property was nice and quiet too.

The parking is a bit tight and the driveway to the gate was dark, it looked very dodgy until we were pleasanlty surprised once we got onto the property.
