People at the lobby desk speak English very well and are very friendly. The standaard rooms are very nice. The 18m2 stated at booking.com is excluding hallway and bathroom. Good bed, nice bathroom. Temperature in the rooms is very good, almost didn't use the airco. Good people in the breakfast restaurant.

The pool needs more green and there is not enough shade in the pool area. The pizza on the room service menu is bad. Beverages are very expensive (bar, pool, room service). If I order a whisky from the menu and it is not available they should offer me something better for the same price and not put the problem on me. The breakfast restaurant is very noisy.

This was a very beautiful Hilton in a perfect location with excellent amenities. The restaurants had great food and some of the best ceviche I had while in Panama. The bartender in the lobby was very artistic with his drinks, and they were very tasty. The swimming pool and pool bar was a great spot to end the day, very scenic with a refreshing breeze. Very central for planning excursions and lots of neat things to see in the city. Our room was excellent. We had great views of the water and could see ships lining up to enter the Panama canal. If you get a chance to visit Panama City, this is a great place to stay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it for our first couple of nights and it was a great start to our trip visiting Panama.

The view we had from the 27th floor, looking over the Ocean, was fabulous. Our 2nd stay was looking into the city, which is nice, but less interesting. The buffet is pretty expansive, and the hotel itself is World Class.

Checking in was time consuming because of back-ups at the front desk. They also took a $250 advance charge on my card and the balance hasn't been returned yet.

Location was perfect, King Suite had an amazing view of the ocean and of the ships lining up to enter the Panama Canal The pool level restaurant Saquella is AMAZING! Best good we had in Panana and much better for breakfast 💯

On one night ( Wednesday last) there was a party on the pool level. The music was not the issue it was the bass which was vibrating our room which was the problem. No other issues

The room was great and had an awesome view of Panama. Breakfast was good, too.

My brother also booked a room, but because of covid he wasn't able to travel. They didn't offer a refund, and I understand that once they charge the card it's hard to get a refund, but honestly I think they could be more flexible.

Everything went well! From the view, room, breakfast, staff! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and made our very short stay so enjoyable & meaningful! Barbara, the manager, had a fabulous staff at breakfast, front desk, valet men, and everyone we encountered! Could not have asked for more southern hospitality! Our stay was way to short, but we will return soon!

Nothing! All fabulous! Everything from arriving to leaving, all staff errr pleasant, helpful, enjoyable to talk with, informative, & loved their jobs! It shows! Barbara, the manager, has an excellent staff all around!

Nice hotel with very good facilities.

No courtesy water bottles in the room. The ones placed in the room had a big 6 dollars sign on them.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, lovely pool and restaurant area, well equipped gym and a fairly good spa service too. Nice end to a long road trip through Panama before flying out again, perfect place to recoup, kick back and relax. Easy taxi pick up for airport transfers

We got massages which were fantastic but were rushed with using the sauna/steam room facilities, we only got 10 minutes of usage which i thought was a bit cheeky.

Captivating views and exquisite hotel decor.

The hotel has a single gift shop near the elevator. I purchased items there; however, the staff was very rude. One of the ladies grabbed away a dress I had chosen telling me that it was not on discount. It was a language barrier issue; but she exercised intolerance and was unprofessional.

Location location location! You have a Casino and several Restaurants to choose from, La Cinta Costera is walking distance, the view to Panama Bay or Panama City is just amazing. I have stayed in several hotels in Panama in Punta Pacifica and Casco Viejo but, I loved this hotel and will continue to stay here in my next trips to Panama. Its clean, comfy, great for meetings in the many lounge areas. oh, rooms are spacious.

I couldn't make calls out to local numbers but I was charge $1.00 anyways, staff was ok but not accommodating (this is cultural I believe)
