It was located in a quiet, peaceful area and not hard to reach the convenience ; Not far from Gibraltar and Puerto de Algeciras by driving; There was a lift to the 1st floor which really released us with many luggages; Free parking and enough rooms ; Terrace was nice.

The hot water was not enough even for 2 people to have shower continuously, so we did separately in the evening and morning ; Some small bags of shampoo and gel were not eco or enough for using; The pet was €10 /night even we didn’t need any room service and did not give any extra work of cleaning. We experienced much better service for pet but free charge in many other hotels, so just felt a bit… anyway that’s ok.

Beautifully clean and comfortable beds. The location was peaceful. The location of our apartment in relation to pool, reception and car park was perfect. Balcony was lovely, nice size and plenty of privacy. The grounds were well kept and pool a good size for apartment to water numbers ratio. My stay was out of season so it was of course empty.

The only negative for us as a family of 3 on a budget. We needed to cook and prepare each meal even packed lunches in the apartment. The kitchen was no where near adequate, lack of oven (appreciate microwave was a combi but very small and no utensils for the combi feature) and general utensils. The fridge was good at full size and a decent freezer for a week. The kitchenette is the only reason we won’t book again which is a shame as it’s a really gorgeous apartment. However if you are a couple who are planning to eat out a lot and just prepare light snacks and breakfasts then it’s great and enough. I would be prepared to pay more money to stay here and have more in the kitchen.

The apartment was clean and well presented when we arrived. One or two items we were short of were made available very promptly. The pool looked very inviting but unfortunately the weather was cold and wet most of the time. The room was serviced every 3 days which was ideal as we stayed for 12. There was a spacious balcony but again it was too cold to sit ourside.

The walls are paper thin and we were forced to listen to the nocturnal activities of the young couple in the room nextdoor. It felt like their bedhead was coming through our wall ! We spent quite some time in the apartment because of the weather and hence would have appreciated at least one English language channel on the tv.

I liked the peace and quiet most of all. The pool was a nice size but it was very windy and water too cold . Could not stay very long.

I didnt like the fact that i was given an attic when i booked a penthouse at 1st , the lady said it was the same. Clearly not, as both the penthouse apt and terrace was alot bigger and the attic was tiny and the terrace had the spiral staircase outside to go up to the terrace . Very unsafe for my 3yr old . But asa i complained, apart from saying they are the same , the receptionist changed it to our originally booked penthouse . Also no oven!

We had a pleasant stay at this property, which is located in a quiet housing estate. While the area is residential, there are a few shops nearby, which made it convenient for us. Beach close by too. We stayed here on our way from Gibraltar to Marbella, and it was the perfect stopover. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. Ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful and practical place to rest during their travels.

Big apartment, with 2 bathrooms, 2 dormitories, living room and kitchen. And a big terrace, too. A bit too much for one night, not sure if sufficient if you stay several days. Reception available late in the evening.

View to the parking lot; not very impressive. :-) All shades needed to be kept closed because the outside lights were on all night. Could have been cleaner, especially the floor, made in tiles, would have been easy to be kept cleaner. We also found hairs in the bathtub.

We had a real nice appartement on the ground floor, that was really nice because we were travelling with a small child. The pool was nice and it's closeby the beach. With a car you can travelling easily to other destinations as it's also close to the A7 and AP7.

Although it's a kitchenette. We would like to have more glaswork (wine & beer) glasses, a bigger frying pan and some bowls. But our stay was great

Swimming pool. Also the silence. I'm noise sensitive and this place is located further away from noisy streets (which to me is a plus). I slept well and to me it means good place to be. Nice view on Gibraltar Rock if you go for a walk just a bit further away. Good parking space (not sure how it looks in high season, we were there in late September so perhaps passed the high season ?)

Clearly people have been smoking in the living soon probably since this place was built 😅 It was OK in the bedroom after letting some air in, but the furniture in the living room especially sofa was "soaked" with cigarette smell 😳

Nice location, comfortable flat,clean . Free and safe parking. Well maintained garden and pool which we did not use. Very polite and professional staff at the Reception. They were ready for our arrival. It took us just 2 minutes to check in .well organised and trained staff.

Not enough fresh air in the bedroom. Mosquitos.

Comfortable and clean apartments. The lack of a few facilities you usually find when renting accommodation from private hosts was made up for by a beautiful beach with a view of the lighthouse on one side and a view of the Rock of Gibraltar on the other. We didn't get to try swimming in the pool because the weather wasn't right yet. We also had few neighbors, so we cannot assess the noise level of the environment, which should be more intense during the season
