First the location could not have been more perfect. In light of the garbage and transportation protests, we were thankful not to stay in the main building on rue de Rivoli. We were tucked in 2 blocks away in their 2nd property on rue de Roi de Sicile. It was fantastic! A gorgeous area with so many restaurants, grocery shops, sites, markets as well as easy access to all forms of transportation! The hotel itself was perfect to fit our tall family of 4 (2 teens), as it had a queen bed and queen sofa bed - which stunning was amazingly comfortable! We were thrilled to have that as well as the kitchenette to use for our breakfasts after we'd run out to one of the nearby boulangeries for our food, and kept juice, yogurt. jam and butter in the fridge. Rooms and bathroom were good sized by French standards. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were only a few minor things that kept it from being a 10. The elevator was VERY tiny! (but we were thankful they had one!) It only fit 1 person with luggage or 2 adults at a time. If you are a light sleeper, you are near busy streets and restaurants, so you may hear life outside well into the night, but the windows actually block quite a bit of the sound! (We rarely woke from it) As our spring allergies kicked in there (and due to noise), we couldn't sleep with windows open, so we used the AC at first, but after the first few nights it stopped working. To be fair, we didn't say anything and just dealt with it.

We loved our stay and appreciated the large lounge and balcony so we could look out on the street. We loved the location as well and the staff were very helpful.

The kitchen was poorly designed and the cabinets did not have handles so we could not open many of them. There was a shortage of various items like espresso cups (they only had mugs) and other bits like a toaster would have been helpful. Also it would have been very good to have a washer/dryer but there was a laundry around the corner. The decor was not to our taste with plastic flowers and many many elephants. Would have been nice to have more classic decor.

Check in was pleasant and easy, the staff member was extremely helpful. She helped us with our luggage to the Annex and explained all of the features of the apartment. The apartment was lovely, very modern, chic and comfortable. It was just the right size for two adults and a child. Bedding was comfortable, bathroom was a good size and kitchenette / lounge were very functional. The rooms were cleaned every day. The location is fantastic - so many cafes and shops on your doorstep and easy access to metro line 1 to get around the city very easily.

Housekeeping did not replenish items correctly and each day there was something missing. For example no soap for two days, no face towels, some kitchen items missing. The phone wasn’t working so I had to use my mobile to call reception. The main problem we encountered was not being able to communicate with the reception team member in the evenings who did not speak English. We called to ask about a corkscrew (missing from kitchen) but he didn’t understand us. Eventually he understood and said a colleague would deliver it shortly but it never came. I would suggest Reception is staffed by English speaking staff for international guests.

Clean, modern rooms. Went the extra mile and had Easter eggs and a letter for our children as we were there over Easter. Lovely personal touch.

We stayed in the annex building and the location was lovely! So quaint with a square of cafes right around the corner. And it was on a much less busy street than the main location which we prefered. The shower was large and had excellent water pressure and heat! Loved the windows that opened and looked out onto the street. The area of town felt much safer than some other parts of Paris we were in at night.

The air conditioning didn't work. The hotel staff was very responsive when we informed them of this. They were unable to get someone out to fix the airconditioning but offered to move us to a different unit in the main building. We chose to stay in the annex without aircon because we like the location so much. The plumbing of other units (showers/toilets flushing) was a bit noisy but it kinda added to the atmosphere. :)

The location is amazing! It is situated in a lively and vibrant neighborhood close to bars, cafes, shops, and not far from all the sightseeing locations. It is quite loud outside, but with closed windows, we couldn’t hear anything. It might be an issue if it is hot outside, though. I suppose for Paris, the size of the apartment is quite big, even though for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), it was quite tight. Nicely equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and very helpful and kind staff.

The beds, especially the sofa, were a disaster to sleep on! It might be a matter of mattress preference, but to my taste, it was just too hard. The sofa-bed mattress was somehow uneven, so I think it should be exchanged. The shower was leaking water; they offered to change rooms, which was a nice solution to the problem, but we did not want to move when there was only 1.5 days left. I think they should keep the hotel in better maintenance and address these issues beforehand. The lift is tiny, no way to fit more than 2 people - keep in mind if you are claustrophobic!

The location was super convenient (we stayed in the annex building which is 2 blocks from the main hotel), the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room and common areas were clean and nicely maintained. The room had plenty of space and was nicely decorated. It was helpful to have a well-appointed kitchen for snacks and drinks. The neighborhood is fantastic - lively and fun, but not so noisy that we had any trouble sleeping.

We had some problems with our bathroom. The shower door wasn't properly attached or sealed and it allowed a lot of water to drain out on the bathroom floor every time we showered. We notified the front desk at the end of our stay and they said they would take care of it. Hopefully they will. We also noticed the shower walls were always wet because there was water leaking from the on/off knob. Additionally, the lighting was quite dark. It seemed like a lot of "form over function" - it all looked nice, but wasn't constructed very well. The rest of the room was great.

During my recent trip I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were notably friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. Their helpfulness added a welcoming touch to the hotel's atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient, situated close to key attractions and amenities in the area. This made it easy for me to explore the city without any difficulty. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfortable bed in my room. It provided a good night's sleep, and I appreciated the quiet environment of the hotel, allowing for restful evenings. Moreover, the room itself was spacious and well-equipped, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, my stay at was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable bed, and spacious accommodations.

The bath room in Annex building could be more convenient.

Fantastic location, incredibly well appointed apartment, comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, very nice toiletries, excellent linens and wonderful staff.

As mentioned by several other people in the reviews, after first use the bathroom sink and shower began smelling of damp. But this may be a street wide sewerage problem, rather than something specific to the hotel, as the facilities were incredibly clean.

The hotel/apartment was in a perfect location. We were walking distance to multiple metro stations, the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Siene. Lots of cafes and restaurants and a gelato store next door. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. I really wanted air conditioning in mid-May, but we didn't need it because we weren't in the apartment during the day and the evenings were cool. There are several cafes on the block, but the street noise wasn't bad at night. A great location that I would go back to again.
