Everything was clean and tidy. The staff are the nicest people ever.

We were not aware that triple rooms do not have an elevator. We had to get our bags up the stairs (1 floor only) and did not get help in doing that, we had heavy luggage.

It is very good value for money, I think like 300m from centre, it was clean (everyday they cleaned our room and made beds), the staff were very nice and helpful (we borrowed the bottle opener and we could leave bags after the check out), also the windows were very tight, we could sleep through the night and it is also near some good restaurants.

The walls between the rooms are very thin…but otherwise good!

Great location

Completely cold in the room and bathroom. There was no heating at all with temperatures outside at 10 degrees on 6 November. To their credit, they had a mobile radiator provided for the night (many hours later) . At night, however, we did not ask for any more just for environmental reasons. But it was not possible to stay in the room at daylight, it was cold.

The hotel is located about a block away from the City Hall (Hotel de Ville) and Le BHV Marais (a shopping mall). Nearby are tons of restaurants. The Marais neighborhood is really fun and filled with people. If you walk further out, there's the Westfield Forum des Halles (another mall, if that's your thing) and the Marché des Enfants Rouges, a lovely open market. The metro is also nearby, of course.

The room was on the small side, but given its location and being in Paris, I don't think that's a surprise. It's a shame there wasn't a small fridge in the rooms, as we had food that we would've liked to have kept in there. There's no A/C, which is actually not surprising in Europe, and we happened to have stayed right when the temperature was 11-20 C (around 52-68 F), so it was less of an issue. There was a heat wave that just passed so I can't imagine what that was like. The place can also get loudish. There's a bar nearby. They don't play loud music, so it's just chatter. It didn't bother me but it bothered my brother. Since you might have to open a window to stay cool, it might bother some people.

Close to establishments and a walking distance to the bus and train station.

Quite a small room.

We had a family room on the 2nd floor with a little balcony overlooking the street. Compact; incredibly neat and clean with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, safe, TV, a long mirror plus another mirror with useful shelf to put cosmetics The ensuite was also compact with a good shower and plenty of hot water. We really recommend Hotel du Loiret and the Marais with lots of bars, cafes, bistros right outside the door.. We loved the sound of Paris coming alive at night with people drinking al fresco. I was there with my son [18] and daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday. We had read reviews and comments on noise but it was not rowdy - far from it. Just a lovely vibe. On our first evening we went to La Ciderie du Marais. Then to the Siene where there was an open air bar with a live jazz quartet. Just perfect. We tried the bagel shop, the bakery next door and the restaurants in the square around the corner for breakfast and cocktails. The jazz club nearby was great too. The array of vintage shops was fantastic. A perfect weekend.

The room was constantly clean thanks to the staff. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and kind. A highlight was the umbrellas available for use in the lobby and the shoe cleaner. Made the rainy days just that little bit more bearable. The location is also superb! Surrounded by restaurants and just a block away from a train station. Walking distance to so much shopping.

The room was small and a little outdated. The most unpleasant aspect was the age of the mattresses and how uncomfortable they were. You could feel each individual spring pushing up into your body. At least a mattress topper would allow for the extended age of these beds and improve comfort. The bar across the street is constantly busy most evenings until around 1:00AM, so I would not recommend this place to light sleepers. We got by through pure exhaustion at the end of each day.

Location was perfect, staff was super friendly and the room was really nice! Comfy bed and bedding and the windows made it nice and bright. Walkable to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions: anything you could want. I was also able to leave my luggage there a few hours before check-in time which was incredibly helpful.

Because it IS located downtown, and across from a bar, there is a LOT of street noise. Like, a lot! And it goes very late. Also, the walls are thin so you hear the other guests—-I heard one snoring through the wall. So you have to decide if the location is worth the lack of sleep due to noise.

Location was central for Shops and notre dame cathedral. We took the train from CDG T2B to Châtelet–Les Halles. We had a family room. Double Bed - Probably queen size and seperate single bed. We were over for xmas short weekend break. Rooms were definitely warm, but needed to turn down heat or open window. But all ok. We didn't use the breakfast in the basement, although it probably is a good cheap option as we had breakfast elsewhere and paid more. The previous reviews set expectations on size of rooms. So not massize - but not issue. The beds are hard - so nothing i didn't expect. All room facilities were ok. We arrived at 10pm - no issues. Pay local Taxes on leaving.
