One of our favourite places we’ve stayed since travelling for 6 months! The bungalows are spacious with comfortable beds and good aircon, the bathroom is big with good shower, and the pool is huge and perfect to cool down after exploring, as-well as breakfast is included each day with a meal, fresh fruit, and a coffee - It is such good value for money! The owner and her family are so welcoming and friendly, with great recommendations of what to do too. On our last night we were asked by the owner if we wouldn’t mind practising English with her friends kids and in return she cooked us a delicious meal, and we all spoke for hours and taught them about our home life. It was one of our favourite evenings! There are also free bikes to use which make it easy to get about Phong Nha! Would love to come back one day :)

Really liked staying here, beautiful location in the rice fields, we arrived super early in the morning from the sleeper bus and we was able to use a room to sleep while ours was not ready. Super helpful host and the places is really nice.

Only down side is we had our washing done but it all came back damp so we had to hang it out ourselves which was abit of a nuisance and i wouldn’t recommend booking the bus to hue through the hostel as is arrived 2.5 hours late, when it did arrive we was crammed on and had our knees to our chin the whole drive and they drop you off an hour walk outside of hue and have taxis waiting for you so you have to pay extra to actually get into hue. abit of a scam but not the hotels fault.

Loved the location, surrounded by rice fields. Out of the tourist zone. We loved it, we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing, the owner answers very quick on whatsapp and shes very nice and welcoming. She cooked us breakfast and dinner, very good and reasonable price. The rooms are clean and warm, the bed was comfortable as well. If you need to book tours or have any questions, the owner has answers and books it for you. We had our own motorcycles so it was easy for us to go from place to place, if you’re travelling by bus and train i think you can have access to a scooter with the owner if you ask. 100% recommend, it’s calm and its a great price !! Hoa the owner was absolutely amazing from the very first moment. She took care of EVERYTHING in our staying from picking us up from the bus station in the middle of the night, earlier than expected, through free early check in to dinners and renting a motorbike. The place is spectacular and calming. Everything was beautiful. The location is 10 minutes driving from the center that is anyhow not that epic so we didn't mind. It was quiet and amazing.

Great staff, very accommodating and helpful in our trip to phong nha. They helped us so much from getting us to the accommodation and dinner after a late bus arrival, to booking tours and bus journeys, couldn't be more helpful. The location is rural and peaceful which is what we wanted and the view of Phong Nha is stunning too. Thanks for the stay and will recommend to anyone of our friends that goes to Phong nha ( the food was fantastic)😊

Very quiet place with view on rice fields and mountains. We stayed four nights and it was an excellent spot to relax. For the dark Cave and Paradise cave we only arranged a car with driver which was excellent. Host Hoa is an good help and always friendly. On one evening she made us a BBQ chicken!

Distance to town (which is small and not much to do) is 25 minutes by bike and the bikes that are provided are quite bad. The place is lovely but some small things must be repaired (shower, bikes). Its getting a little worn out.

We loved absolutely everything. By far our favoute place that we have stayed during out 1 month trip to Vietnam. The host was so welcoming, accommodating and kind. They collected us at 4am in the morning from our night bus, booked trips and organised our bus leaving phong nah also. The location is just beautiful. So peaceful in the countryside with the most beautiful sunsets, a swimming pool and lounges to relax We just loved spending time there. The breakfast was delicious! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms was so clean! There are scooters to rent and explore the local area. We can't say enough how much we loved this place. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Hoa is truly a superb host. Her tips helped us a lot (scooter rental, bus rental,...). The place is really great. The rooms are spacious and clean (individual bungalow), the pool very nice when it's hot. The place is 4km from the center of Phong Nah in the middle of the rice fields. We had the chance to spend an evening with a group of Vietnamese friends who were spending the weekend at his residence, we had a lot of fun! Last but not least, you have to eat at Hoa's place. We took the barbecue chicken (local specialty), a delight for the taste buds. thanks again

We had an amazing stay. The owner is extremely kind and really helpful. It is very quiet and relaxed area, but you are still close to everything, so the location is also great. Would highly recommend to come here, especially if you want to escape the city and come to a peaceful place. The food is also amazing!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in Palafita bungalows. The location was perfect, next to the nature and it was a much needed break from the city. The owner was so friendly and smiling and she did her best to accommodate our needs. She even prepared breakfast for us before 7am because we had to leave early for an excursion. There was also the option to have dinner there which was very convenient and she also helped us with booking the bus tickets for our next destination. I hope we come back one day!!

The only issue I can think of is the humidity but this is due to the weather, so nothing negative to say about the property.
