View was amazing. Location was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room felt very clean.

Beds were not super comfortable, bathroom door wouldn’t close which is awkward and shower door is unlevel so also opens no matter how often you try to close it. The water didn’t get past just warm which was disappointing after running the marathon. The cost for the room for two nights was more than entire weeklong vacations I’ve taken so that was very painful for me.

Great midtown location with good restaurants nearby. Staff all friendly, welcoming and courteous. Beautiful lobby, extremely clean rooms and good communication with hotel throughout the entire booking process. All four rooms booked had a view of the Empire State Building and were on a higher floor as had been requested by myself, I was pleasantly surprised as was only expecting perhaps one or two of the rooms to fulfil my request, so thank you Broadway Plaza Hotel for this. Welcome snack in room for first night and daily bottles of water left in room which was much appreciated. Hotel good value for money. WIFI WAS GOOD ( no issues at all). I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this hotel to any friends that may be visiting New York.

Our stay at Broadway Plaza Hotel exceeded all expectations. We stayed in suite #1201 with a stunning view of the Empire State Building and a balcony. Beyond the exceptional cleanliness and room details like the fridge, in-room coffee, and sofa bed for a third guest, what made this experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Brandon and Lazzano at the front desk, and to the housekeeping team for their flexibility and helpfulness, from arranging room service to extending our stay and helping us book a Broadway show. The staff was warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome in New York. The hotel’s location in central Manhattan, steps away from the Flatiron and 10 minutes from the Empire, is unbeatable, with everything you need nearby. Don’t miss the great Mexican restaurant, Mamazul, just downstairs. Highly recommend!

The staff were excellent & friendly which made us feel welcome. They supplied teabags & a kettle when we asked & on the day we left, they helped us out to the taxi by assisting us with our luggage. We loved our room which looked out onto the Empire State Building & we would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for good accommodation in New York City.

The rooms here were quite large for NYC and mine had an excellent view of the Empire State Building. Each room came with a coffee pod machine, tea and water, which were provided at no charge and refreshed daily. The staff were excellent

There was a staff room on my floor which meant it was quite noisy early in the day and a guest also had a big dog which they left in their room and would get very agitated at this so barking constantly. I note this is on the dog owner, but maybe there should be some conditions about leaving a dog in the room on their own

Absolutely loved the location of this hotel - smack dab in the middle of the city so getting to any attraction or area was easy. Less than a block from one of the main subway stations. Room was huge (we had a king junior suite), especially for New York, the people working the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

The thermostat seemed to go back to 67 in the morning regardless of what we set it at the day before, so the tiles in the bathroom were freezing when we’d wake up. There was also construction going on which was very loud. They moved us to another room where we could hardly hear it though. Construction in the hotel is obviously not something that every guest will have to deal with, assuming it’ll done before winter is over

You seriously cannot beat this location! It’s very close to the R/W/N line and an 8 minute walk to the 1 line. There is great quick counter service food as well as nice bars and sit down restaurants all within the block. We had views of the Empire State Building right out of our window. The staff was exceptional. The room was very spacious for Manhattan and very clean! I would recommend this place and will definitely stay here for my future trips to NY!

There aren’t a lot of facilities on the property, but we knew that prior to booking. If you’re looking for somewhere with a gym, room service, a bar, etc… this is not the place for you. We, however, just wanted a cozy, clean place in a great location to rest our heads and that is exactly what we got.

I loved this hotel, it was clean, beautiful, all the staff were friendly and helpful , fantastic location for restaurants cafes, and very conveniently located for work. Above all the staff were friendly and helpful - the room was serviced and cleaned every day and water bottles, tea and milk replenished, what a great added touch! A proper kettle for tea lovers and Nespresso coffee too so everyone is catered for. A special mention to the concierge Michael who helped me with a directions, advice and organised for a private taxi back to jfk. Without exception all the door and reception staff were friendly and ready to help. Cannot wait for my next stay :-) thanks to all

We absoloutely loved the view of the Empire State Building from our room window (I believe it was room 912)! Everything was immaculately clean. Very nice uptated bathroom. Large, comfortable room with plenty of storage and surfaces. Plenty of power outlets next to the bed (including USB). Great location for going both Uptown and Downtown. Staff at reception desk were super friendly and very professional. The porter/doorman was great in helping us with our luggage and in getting us a taxi.

I suggest you add some small towel rails/hooks next to the sink for hanging hand towels. Personally, I found the mattress and pillows to be too soft. But I noticed this might be a common thing in the US (I think in Europe we generally like them a little firmer).
