The Heritage Hotel has a FABULOUS location. We traveled as a family and got 2 King size beds in two rooms. Amy who was working the front desk was able to get our rooms on the same floor (top so no street noise). I have two full grown sons and the king was perfect for them to share and VERY comfortable. Bathrooms are small but served their purpose. The elevators are slow and on small size but could still fit luggage cart and four people. Cant beat the location! Very nice staff.

When I first booked I called the hotel about parking the front desk person did not tell me they have an agreement with "iPark" nearby. I made a reservation at "Icon" parking and paid more. But Amy and the manager at the front desk were very nice and helped us in other ways. - There is a $2.00 fee per bag for storing your luggage in hotel storage. - There is a late check out fee if you don't check out on time.

the property had an amazing location close to for example the flatiron building and broadway street. We’re two young guys so we could walk to lots of places without the need of the shbway. Our bed was big and comfortable so after a long day of walking we could rest good. The staff was really nice, good to talk to.

One of the shower doors wasn’t working properly, this could be annoying.

perfect location for anyone wanting to do a bit of everything in New York City. Right down the road from the Flat Iron building. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were spacious. Lovely shower facilities.

Room was a little cold and bedding very thin. Walls a little thin so could hear a lot of the hotel early in the mornings

Staff was very nice and accommodating. They charged $20 for an early check-in which I've never experienced before, but at least we were able to check in early. Room was typically small for NYC but storage space in room and bathroom was nice. Heater was very loud but served as "white noise" while we slept. Location in flatiron district was great.

They have a space in the back of the first floor that looks like it was previously used for a breakfast room and/or bar? It's not currently functioning, but if that was up and running, it would have added a lot to the experience.

Central location, easy to stop by during The day and rest before evening program. Close to several transport stops.The master bed was quite large, The others were not. For a party of friends separate beds would be better. Kitchen equipment (kettle and fridge) was all Right, you could also make a tea at the lobby, as well as get ice. Helpful staff. Many USB sockets for overseas cell phones. Had a direct view on The Empire State.

NY noise is probably a Normal thing yet The hotel has really lousy windows, the curtains dont help much. The wardrobe was quite dusty, better cleaning next time!

Super friendly from the front door felt like we just walked into grandma house , but wit no food lol 😆 .got us checked in quickly the young man helped us bring our stuff in and upstairs Alex I think it was . The ladies at front desk are so warm loving caring the older lady made me feel like hugs and kisses just a sweet grandma working hard ... We came with a service 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 his name Coconut we travel a lot . The second day we went to comic con and left Coconut some how he got out the room this the 1st time ever this happened they tried to call us but it was so loud we didn't here phone ... The other lady younger she tied him up and the maintenance man walked him feed him he's super well behaved so he just chill with them til we got back playing with them every one had a huge smile 😊 when we came back I'm so happy that the hotel was able to keep our loved one safe my heart dropped when I saw him down in the lobby but was ok once I found out what happened I'm glad he's a good boy ..... I'm so sorry he got out from the bottom of my ❤️💜❤️💜💜 I'm thankful for you guys being so kind about it

Kind of small room no breakfast for the price I think we should be allowed to smoke I'm the room

The location was perfect, it's a central yet relaxed area. The hotel is nice, clean and pleasantly silent, and we had a lovely big room, with a cozy bed and clear view of the Empire State Building :) We were satisfied to have a nice big shower and a fridge in the room. There are 2 elevators in the hotel, which is very convenient. Staff was very kind and mostly helpful. Reliable and reasonably priced luggage storing for the day after the checkout.

When asking for an extra blanket or 2 (the room had only 1), I was told I couldn't get 2 more, as it is "only 1 bed" :( It was quite a pity. Then we had to use the heating a lot, otherwise it would've been freezing cold. It'd be great to have a simple kettle to boil water, and some plain instant coffee. The coffee machine with 1 coffee pad (+ 1 more decaf) wasn't sufficient..

Location is convenient and in a safe neighborhood. Close to subway and some tourist spots like the Flat Iron. Hotel has outdated facilities but clean and really good value for the price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They let you store your luggage securely before and after check-in for free. They were also responsive and accommodating to our requests. Would stay here again if ever I come back to New York.

Close to the main road so could get noisy during the night with vehicles passing by especially as room was not soundproofed.

Perfect location, several metro stations and delis nearby and the sight of the Empire State Building in pretty much at every turn on the way to them. Also, a comfy walk to the Empire State Building. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, when my pre-booked ride to the airport did not show up on time, someone from the reception immediately, without hesitation ran out to 6th Avenue to hail a yellowcab for me, so the cab came right in front of the hotel, picked me up and took me to JFK right on time. The room was nice for a couple nights stay, nothing extra cozy but well enough to sleep well, have a shower, store my things. Great value for money, that is for sure. When I go back to NYC, this hotel will be my first choice to stay.

Under my door there was a 8-10 centimeter gap between the door and the floor - being March, cold air as coming into my room the whole night, so even if the heating was fine, the cold air was constantly felt from the bed. I checked a couple other doors on my floor, none of them had the same gap, so I guess I was just unlucky with this one. I sealed it off with a towel though to minimize the cold air coming in during night.

The hotel is an excellent location in the Flatiron District. Only two blocks from the subway station at 23rd and Broadway, it provides easy access to trains to Times Square as well as Roosevelt Ave (for transit to LGA) among many other points of interest. The room was very large by NYC standards ... good lighting throughout the room and bright lights at the bedside. While the shower took a little bit to warm up, it became nice and hot. There was a mirror outside the bathroom which is always useful. The heat / AC was loud, but covered up the street noise. The bed was comfortable and I loved the seven pillows provided. The front desk person was super friendly and indicated that if anything was needed, I only had to ask ... this included cleaning as the hotel is still using COVID protocols. As my stay was only 2 nights, this was not an issue for me. The lobby area was small with a few places to sit and a good display of flyers and maps for NYC if needed. Make sure you look up as the ceiling décor was incredible and reflective of the building's previous life.
