The Staff were 100% helpful. Ki-Ki, Cesar, Robert, Ian and the rest of the staff all did everything they could to make it a comfortable and pleasant stay. Bed was so comfy, view was great. Aircon good. Breakfast was ok. The location is great, right in the middle of I-Drive near Icon park and bus stops, restaurants etc. Visited from London, so was used to a bit of traffic noise but that's to be expected in this busy area. Thanks for a fab stay. Would definitely book again.

Not much to dislike, only thing was the prices in the convenience shop were quite expensive & there was only 1 lift working due to refurbishment.

The number of the room size looks small. But the design is amazing. I was amazed how the room is designed so well and felt large enough. The hotel is located right by International Blvd where all fun areas are lined up with unlimited number of restaurants. Breakfast was very reasonable with health conscious mild. All staffs were kind, smiley, and professional. All amenities and room features are thoughtfully designed and chosen, not overly done or unnecessary, hitting just right degree of details. WIFI was strong and easy to connect.

Good Location! Near theme Parks to Universal. Aprox 25 mins drive to Disney Parks. Room with enough space. Good Breakfast. Staff great!

Only one elevator for so many guest. It was a busy weekend due to Memorial Day and the wait was so long. Staff who make check in told us not to worry for the parking fee that we don’t hace to pay but in the final invoice was charge. The parking is not a private one, everyone can park and there is no control so I don’t understand why they charge $12 a day. Also in other hotels you can pay the stay with one credit card and the hold of the incidentals with other here only one card.

Tucked back from the busy I-Drive road, was clean, comfortable and staff were all great. All of them work hard and make sure you are happy and comfortable and deal with any requests. Recently refurbished, is bright and clean. Location is good, near bus stops and restaurants. A safe iin the room, good air-con and a small kitchen area with fridge, sink and a microwave. Would definitely return here.

Long wait for Elevator, other one is being refurbished. Bathroom a bit cramped.

Staff were fantastic! Always helpful & welcoming. Comfy bed, good size room, clean. Location good. Ki Ki always happy, Robert helpful, Cesar Smiley, Ian conscientious as are all of the staff. Thankyou to all of you & those I didn't catch their names, thanks for making mine & my daughters stay a pleasant one & helping us return to the room I requested. Will definitely book again.

No complaints, only thing was 1 lift out of service so long wait to 7th floor.

Room was spacious, breakfast was amazing with high quality, very friendly staff Would definitely recommend it

I would prefer to change in breakfast menu since it was almost same items every day But since the quality of food was high we didn’t mind

The room space was amazing and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and convenient. Location of property is perfect to do anything in Orlando.

The elevators were suspect- took too long to get up and down. The bed easily slides around.

The bed was extremely comfortable and checkin was easy. Continental breakfast was fresh and hot.

Pool was closed, even though this is a universal partner hotel there are no shuttles, and lots of noise throughout the night in the parking lot.

Did not like homeless people hanging around the property during breakfast! Nor did I like them going into the garbage right in front of the hotel for food!! My husband and I frequent your hotel often and that was the one time I did not feel safe!! Several employees even walked right by and did nothing! We will try again for my birthday weekend but if the same thing happens we will not stay there again for safety reasons!

I was very unhappy about not being able to watch FOX news. I tried the liberal news channels and had no problem getting them. I will not suooort any company that has a political agenda. Unless I'm assured that the chain has no polical bias I will not book in the future. Thank you. Ed C. Canton GA
