Lovely clean and comfortable room, nicely decorated and with large balcony with table & chairs plus sunlounges. Pool was great after a hot day sight-seeing and roof top terrace a great spot for watching the sunset.Easy access from rear of property to a nice 15-20 min walk along the cliff top to Fira. Nikolina was very welcoming with lots of useful information about visiting different parts of Santorini by public bus and doing the spectacular coastal walk to Oia. Aktaion Taverna 5 mins away was a lovely restaurant with delicious home style food.

We loved everything about this hotel!! Great, central location, extremely clean, service that went above and beyond with such a friendly and gracious attitude, and great value. We were welcomed personally with a homemade drink and snack and a comprehensive overview of the property and the island - we instantly felt so at home! (And their restaurant recommendations were great - we especially enjoyed the Taverna Romantica). Do NOT miss the breakfast option! It was a great value at 10 euros per person and absolutely delicious. Plus, eating it on your private patio in the early morning was a true delight. The rooftop balcony at night was also lovely, with nice views including the famous Santorini sunset. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to fellow travelers!!

The air conditioner struggled a bit to keep up but it was still adequately comfortable

This is a family run business with Nikolina being the main contact at the Hotel. We were greeted by George on our arrival at the Hotel (Nikolina organised our transfer from the airport to hotel). We sat down at a table and were offered a drink and a delicious snack. He ran through our location and things of interest close by and offered us any assistance required to book restaurants etc. We would not hesitate in recommending this small run family Hotel to anyone staying in Santorini. It was a great location.

Brilliant from start to finish, we did not arrive until 10:30 p.m. and were met by one of the owners who checked us in and arranged a meeting for the next morning to give us a run down on the hotel, surroundings, restaurants, trips etc.... Great location, very very comfortable room, great value and quality breakfast. Loads of restaurants basically on the back door step as well as a shop and the hotel is only a few minutes beautiful walk to the centre of Firo if you want to go there.

Nothing at all

Beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Firostefani (10 min walk into lively Fira). Lots of little shops/restaurants right nearby. Perfect location as not in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Fira. Spotlessly clean. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff that can’t do enough for you. Cute little pool which was perfect for a quick dip if you had a couple of hours around the pool. Perfect small rooftop seating area to watch the sunset.

Very lovely staff who gave a warm welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations and booking airport transfers and tours. My room had a view of the pool but absolutely loved going to the rooftop for a quiet moment to admire the beautiful views of the Caldera. Location was also excellent with Firostefani right outside the gate and direct pathways to Fira or the hike to Oia.

Loved everything! We could not have had a warmer welcome from the owners and they were very helpful throughout our stay. Great location on the main street so not having to struggle with bags down the hill - ours were delivered and picked up from our room. Great room with living area/bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs + opening to private balcony with views to both sides of the island. There is also a shared rooftop area with spectacular views. Small kitchenette allows basic meal prep. Spotlessly clean. Booked a hire car through the hotel and it was delivered to us!

Having to leave.

The staff were super helpful with booking shuttle to the ferry and day excursions. They also helped with navigating the cell provider website when the plan needed to be extended. There was always someone available. Location was perfect with a nice easy walk over to Fira for sightseeing, the bus station and grocery shopping. The foot path for the walk to Oia was right at the back gate.

I would have appreciated a microwave, toaster and coffee maker in the kitchen. Some cutting knifes and cutting boad would also been very helpful.

Our daughter got married just below the hotel at Dana Suites so location was so close. The room was awesome, had a fridge, comfortable bed and a great shower. The pool was so refreshing after being out in the Santorini sun all day. The back gate at back of hotel led to Fira one way and Oia the other. Perfect location

I liked everything

Small family run hotel. The two sisters and other staff are just amazing. They inform you well about the island and what to do. Are super friendly and no question is too much. Very helpful and they make your stay a memorable one. They also serve very tasty Margarita cocktails. Breakfast can simply be ordered by scanning a QR-code and will delivered to your room, or on the top terrace with a view over the Caldera.

Wifi was a bit slow, but, well who needs it fast when you are on holidays.
