Beautiful view and very helpful staff. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is located near shopping and restaurants. The daily breakfasts had meats and cheeses, eggs, pastries, juices, and coffee overlooking the caldera.

It's a bit of a hike with luggage but staff was there to carry bags. Lots of steps which added to its charm but not recommended for people with knee or other climbing, hiking disadvantages.

Amazing experience . First thanks to all the staff at the Cliff Side Suites.Our first experience in Santorini and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The view was amazing looking out from my room .Staff was really helpful,especially thanks to “James”with the suggestion and booking excursions to make this the perfect short break . The moment you step out the hotel there lots of shops and restaurants so you don’t have walk far , just only 10-15 mins walk to Fira .. hopefully will be back one day

Nothing I could fault

The breakfast was very good, a nice selection, great view overlooking the water. We especially enjoyed watching the little bird steal bites from full plates left unattended near the outer edge of the eating area. The view from the room and the balconies were stunning. The room was very comfortable, everything very nice. The staff was extremely helpful, ferrying our luggage up and down the stairs, setting up tours for us, even helping me learn the Greek alphabet.

Honestly, the stairs down to the room took our breath away at first. But we got used to them. We are in our 70's and 80's, so we went slowly and carefully and accepted a helping hand when offered. We were fine and, if the opportunity were to present itself, we would stay at Cliff Side Suites again.

The view was fantastic. Had a very nice balcony.. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not for those who are not physically fit. 56 steps each way to and from our room! But that is the charm of being on a cliff side! Once the water stopped working, but it wasn't for very long, only about 15 minutes. It was explained it was the city, not the hotel.

The views from this hotel are exceptional and the perfectly postioned rooms and spacious balconies allow you to fully experience the magic of Santorini. The sunsets are simply incredible and the effect of the lights on the white cliffs at night is stunning. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed having delicious breakfasts by the pool and excellent room service.

We had great difficulty finding the hotel as access to it is a small sidewalk tucked between two restaurants on a very busy pedestrian alley. which google maps could not find (we had a rental car). We would have appreciated receiving detailed instructions before arrving on where to bring our car to drop off the luggage with the valet. People should also be notified of the many stairs leading to the rooms and pool/bar/restaurant area, which could be quite daunting for people with mobility issues.

The location was perfect! Amazing views of the Caldera and beautiful sunsets. Plenty of facilities on the doorstep as well as being within easy reach of Fira and Imerovigli (even walkable to Oia with a good pair of shoes!). The manager, Sia, and her whole team were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choice was varied, plentiful and good. Alex was so considerate, he remembered the little requests and subsequently surprised you with the same each day thereafter - that’s service!

Clean, very comfortable, decent sized room and bathroom, awesome views, great facilities with a pool and seperate spa, buffet breakfast included, very helpful staff especially with luggage, room serviced daily, could order fresh , very nice food through room service , several shared deck chair/ lounge areas to sit and enjoy sun and views , pool towels supplied, beach towels available for hire and refunded on return, great location with easy walk to Fira but there are restaurants very close to property if you didn’t want to go further.

Stunning view, very nice room and friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was ok but not more. It felt like the warm dishes were made in one in the morning, this since they were all cold when it was time to take them on the buffet and didn’t felt like newly made. Also if you came at the later part of the opening hours, some stuff was finished. Expected more from 4 star hotel. Also the view from the pool bar was very nice how ever, if you looked just down the initial meter it was a lot of rubbish on the ground that took away the nice feeling

The staff was lovely and Dimitri at the reception desk was particularly helpful and very caring in helping us with arranging our activities and car rental. We had the executive suite, a huge room with a separate queen bed in a loft, perfect for our teenage daughter. The breakfast was very good and served in a location with stunning views of the caldera.

The pool is a little small with not many lounges - just something to be aware of if you are visiting during the right time of year and anticipate spending a lot of time laying out around the pool.

There was everything to like and MORE. From the moment of our arrival Dimitris was more than helpful with information on trips, tours and restuarents all of which we tried and were excellent.The staff in hotel were amazing nothing was too much trouble.Fiorel at breakfeast was always so pleasent in the mornings. Tamara our room attendant was Simply the best not great english but could communicate and she is beautiful !

A small thing.... we all like the sun but I burn and would have liked a few parasols dotted around our floor.
