Location was perfect. I loved that there is so much counter space. Breakfast was good with protein options. Plugs were available next to the beds. Towels are a good size. Shampoo/cond/body wash all in shower. Ac worked well and was not too loud. Theres a dehumidifier in the bathroom which worked well. Fridge came in handy. Very comfortable room.

One of the mattresses slanted towards the floor on one side. The first night, we were watching tv and it just shut off. There were two remotes and we had no idea how to get it back on. Was dissapointed that there was no microwave. (Was not listed as having one though)

I loved the location. The room was clean and slept 8 if needed. Office staff was very professional, helpful and nice. Checkout was beyond easy.

These are not complaints, but suggestions. I did not see a checklist stating I needed to supply my own items, but they were not present. That being said, when I asked for them, I was provided. I requested a broom, dish soap and paper towels. Cleaning supplies could be provided. There were no paper towels. There were no pans to bake in the oven. Only silverware for 2 people. No extra blankets. Oh and communication via email. Could be a little more specific in responses. I didn’t even know what room I had booked. Just trusted them. ( and it was fine) But again, please understand they are suggestions. I would/will stay here again.

We loved the location and the staff as they are both outstanding and absolutely exceptional! Nancy, the manager, is wonderful! She went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable and happy! Plus she greeted us each day with such friendliness and warmth. The location is awesome. It’s steps from the beach and since we are both such big walkers it couldn’t have been better. It’s also a short drive to restaurants and other businesses. The bed was comfortable and the tv’s were both large. The bathroom counter space is limited but the shower was a good size, and our suite was clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

No hangers so we couldn’t hang anything up, and having only one luggage rack so only one of us could place our suitcase at a higher level. A picture or two to make it cozier would have been nice… so very minor details. We really were very happy with our stay.

We were looking for a hotel in Port Aransas and came across the great reviews for Seaside Boutique and after our visit this hotel definitely lives up to the great reviews. First the hotel is located right on the beach and you don’t have to worry about parking and dealing with traffic. You are just feet away from the beach entrance. The hotel rooms are lovely and smell freshly cleaned when you first arrive. The price is more than reasonable for everything you receive. Including the main reason this hotel deserves 5 stars and that being the amazing staff. Especially Nancy who made us feel welcomed and showed us great hospitality. She is seriously the sweetest. Me and my husband visited with our children for a family vacation and the kids loved the hotel so much. Me and my husband are now planning a couples vacation for just us and we look forward to stay at Seaside Boutique again.

Check in is not until 4pm but hotel was very accommodating and happily gave us an earlier check in.

Nancy is amazing. She said you come as guest and leave as family. And is 100% right. She went over and beyond to make sure we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. We even ended up staying an extra day because of the hospitality and we were enjoying our time we didn’t want to leave. Everything was clean and fresh. It is walking distance to the beach. Her recommendation on were to eat was fantastic. The rooms are quiet you didn’t hear your neighbors at all. The views were amazing. She even let us use her golf cart while we were there to travel the beach and go into town. They are pet friendly. Our dog had just as much fun as we did. The other guest were very nice and friendly. Everyone’s vibe was awesome and pleasant. Nancy even went and got a cake for my husbands birthday and we surprised him with it the morning of his birthday. This will definitely be the place we will go to when we travel to the beach. We highly recommend.

I really can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We enjoyed it all. Nancy does an amazing job running that place.

Breakfast was o.k. The manager was friendly and attentive, asked us if we needed anything, just ask. I actually forgot my large umbrella at the beach from Saturday around 6PM and i put it in its case and left it leaning on a pole by the parking area , this was a brand new umbrella from Walmart that i just spent a little over fifty bucks for and the next morning after grabbing a coffee and walking to beach i am walking to same area to where we parked to load up SUV to go to our room and my umbrella was were i left it around 13 hours before. i was amazed no one took it and goes to show wonderful people in that community not just the tourist but the locals are friendly to visitors. i go about every season of the year and locals are nice to visitors.

The location to the beach was excellent from this property. The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough to make sure that our stay was comfortable from start to end.

We upgraded to room with the view and we were unable to stay in the room because it was so heavily scented with Fabuloso cleaning product that it probably would take three days to get the smell out. There are no windows to open and so we needed to go to another room nearby without the view on the third floor. This meant hiking up three flights of stairs to our room. The staff later called me to tell me they wanted to bill me for the upgrade. When I explained that we were not able to enjoy the view from the original room, they decided not to pursue the matter further (which we appreciated).

One of the staff members did not speak English. Nancy, who was amazing, handled the front office during the day. However, the night staff was unreliable as he was never around. He would leave a note on the door stating that he was sleeping in another room while they were supposed to be open 24 hours. Once, we ran out of tissue and had to wait for him to come downstairs from sleeping to provide us with some. Additionally, we wanted to check out at 2 am, but had to call him to come and give us the key. This resulted in him having to wake up again for that.

The location and view were fabulous. The staff was probably the friendliest I have encountered in a long time; we felt very welcomed. The bed was comfortable with plump pillows. Everything was clean and bright.

The furniture was a little sparse. There really wasn’t anywhere to put things. Even the only place for them to put the coffee maker was on to of the mini-fridge. They need some horizontal surfaces, lol, coffee table or counter. Also I don’t think I have ever been in a hotel without floor to ceiling blackout curtains. Which maybe wouldn’t be a problem if the balcony and walkway lights weren’t on brightly all night long. It was very difficult to sleep in such a bright room. The TV and shower controls were a little confusing, but we are old. And , while not necessary, a freight lift or elevator for luggage would be helpful (we’re photographers and we had a lot to carry up 2 stories and like I said , we are old ).

Our entire stay from start to finish was fantastic! We received a call early in the morning to confirm our reservation and when asked we were told that we could have an early check-in! Once we arrived the receptionist Nancy checked us in and made sure we were all set for our stay! The rooms were a little sandy but it only makes sense considering how close you are to the beach! But currently some friends and I are planning our next trip back to stay here! We are so thankful and grateful for Nancy! She made our stay so special and went over and above for us!
