We loved our stay here at the hotel exploring the delights of Port Aransas. Firstly the staff were amazing, in particular Ashley/Ashleigh in reception. She was so welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative. The rooms were great, very roomy and exceptionally clean. The housekeeping were always around the grounds working tirelessly. Plenty of parking at the hotel and so close to the beach too. Would highly recommend this hotel. Tip- hire the Golf Cart from the hotel, such a fun and easy way to get around Port Aransas and the added bonus of taking onto the beach and providing a bit of shade if needed.

Nothing really to dislike- if I had to be super picky there was a lot of noise from people partying and using the BBQ’S late at night, but at the end of the day they are on holiday too!

Amazingly cute, cozy & clean little bungalow close to the beach. You can hear the ocean roar at night from the porch. Adorable decorative touches in the room & on the buildings. Room has everything you might need such as hairdryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Heated & unheated pools. Laundry on site. The only thing I missed was a kitchen, but there are other units with kitchens. Managed by a genuinely warm husband & wife couple with outstanding people skills.

Couldn’t get the wifi to work. It might work in rooms closer to the office.

The place was very clean. Driving up, it looked like it could use some fresh paint. But everything inside was a nice surprise. The place was perfect for a couple. And honestly, that bed was the most COMFORTABLE BED we've ever slept in. We were on the 2nd floor close to the pool and we didn't have any problems hearing voices from outside at all. It was absolutely worth it.

The only thing I didn't like, was the bushes on the edges near the pool need to be trimmed down. Taking that turn was so dangerous every time we got in. It's too small of a drive thru area for the bushes to be a blind spot.

No offer of breakfast ever implied or noted, however, the kitchen was more than adequate for my needs with coffee/tea maker and supplies provided, and very quiet with a table and chairs provided in front of a window to enjoy while waking easily...I am always so happy when I find someplace that allows my pups to be with me and vacation along with us. We also rented a golf cart from the hotel and it was very nice to be able to do that with no trouble.

I didn't like that there was no cable television or television service provided. You must use your own Netflix or other accounts that you have to be able to watch ANY television in the room. As someone who uses the television to relax in the evening, this is a deal breaker for me but even more so since no mention was made of the situation with television service on reservation, on social media or at check in.

We really like the location since it was close to the beach. Our unit has everything we needed. Staff was really friendly.

I wish there was a more dedicated parking space for the cottage suites instead of right by the door/in front of the suite, I was worried vehicles entering the property might hit our vehicle since we were right by the entrance. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and it would make a lot of noise that kept waking our baby up, so we ended up not using it. My wife, son, two dogs, and I all slept on the queen size bed together.

Great setting, location, close to beach and stores and restaurants. I had a double queen room and it was way bigger than I expected. Nice kitchenette. Wonderful big porch with chairs and tables.. The grounds are well kept, lots of parking, it all looks very inviting. Very pleasant experience, I will definitely come back.

The bathroom was a little small but well maintained. At night the place is lit up like a lighthouse, so bring a sleeping mask.

By far the best experience I have had anywhere in Port A. Deandra at the front desk was exceptional and always a joy to speak with not to mention on top of everything I needed. The room was beautiful and the location was everything I could have wanted.

The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the room. When I got there the floor still had a ton of sand and had not been mopped.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed something they were quick to respond. Only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a free breakfast.

After we had arrived and unpacked all of our food and clothes, we noticed some things that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately, we had to repack our stuff, move to a new room and again, unpack everything.

A nice place. All the lamp light bulbs were burnt out when I arrived, but were promptly replaced. Well located for what I wanted to do. A nice walk to the beach. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Minor issue. Renovation of the room next door. They started early and stayed late. Maybe they could've put me in a different room, since they weren't full.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Hotel in general is real good. Pool area is good and it has some BBQ grills. I did not use them but other people did. It is super close to the beach, it is pretty calm, almost not noises at night.

Honestly, there is not much there not to like, it is not like it is perfect, but, it is real good for the price, location, cleanliness and service.
