Everything. The most amazing hotel I ever stayed. - Customer Service was amazing. The staff were great. They always went above and beyond - Breathtaking ocean view from the hotel. When you eat you eat you can see the trains passing by. I loved it - Breakfast was amazing. Too many options. Great food - They let me check in very early at 7am.. - The hotel was beautiful inside - The had a free city tour, it was 3 hours long - free water and soft drinks inside the room - The rooms were beautiful inside. Amazing shower and bathtub. They were quiet too

One of the best hotels in my life. It rivals the 5+ star hotels in Europe. A huge swimming pool with a special stretched water surface. Over 60 meters long. Wonderful top roof garden where you can retreat to contemplate. The praise simply cannot be overstated. You must try it. Nowhere have I come across a minibar that is free and refilled by the management every day. Very large rooms with double - glass surfaced - bathroom. Every room are with panoramic sea view. The hotel has its own shopping centre (mall) with restaurants and shops where prices are very reasonable. In addition, the shops automatically offer a 10% discount for hotel guests. Professional staff. Everyone knows and does their brief. Complementary 3,5 hours city tour and private beach with hourly delivery

The staff were amazing.It had everything that you would need for a beautiful stay.

I would have rated this stay excellent but I cannot for the following reason. We were staying for two nights.At 7-0pm on the first night the lights fused in the room.We reported it immediately.No one came until the following morning after we had reported it again.I had no TV,hairdryer,no tea to drink as we couldn’t boil the kettle.We could not charge our phones.It was my birthday.None of the Staff apologized for our inconvenience.

From the moment we arrived we felt like the most special people in the world. We had 3 rooms booked and were upgraded on arrival free of charge to allow us to all be on the same floor. The staff are a credit to their employer and could not have done more to look after us. The food & entertainment were excellent and the leisure facilities second to none. Prices in the hotel restaurant & bar were no different than anywhere else in the city. I would love to come back someday & look forward to doing so. Thank you to everyone at Marino Beach for making my family’s stay in Colombo so memorable.

The location was amazing. Especially the beach right outside the hotel was amazing . First time I get what I see in the photo about a hotel. Even the carpets were so clean. The room was excellent. The towels were very clean n smelt very good. Very spacious lobby with a live music played . We could just sit around at the lobby all day n relax. High ceiling n beautiful chandlers lights in the lobby. The beach facing room was a free double upgrade for us. Thank you very much I think one of the best hotel I ever stayed. Thr infinite pool facing the beach, simply breathtaking,

Marino Beach Colombo is really a great place to stay in Colombo. - great helpfull staff. Especially the roomboys. They work realy hard and deliver a great work. I want to thank especially the roomboys Kasun and Rajitha. They were very helpful and take good care. - super facility’s and a great rooftop pool. This was our second stay and we will come again. I recommend every one to stay at Marino Beach Colombo.

Nothing. Everything was good. I really want to give two issue as feedback/ feedforward. - please provide welcome drink with a hot towel. We traveled from Jaffna to Colombo and after 8 hours of traveling, you really can surprise and welcome the guest in a better way. - breakfast is great. Please serve milk hoppers. Lot of Srilankans visit the hotel and they realy want this and like it.

We stayed for an entire week and they never gave us one reason to complain. Staff took exceptionally good care of us and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. They organized 2 full day trips to locations we wanted to visit on a very short notice - our driver, Nihal, was amazing and made sure we are safe and don’t miss anything on the way. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and the food and drinks served there are delicious. Room service was fast and well prepared.

The hotel is immaculate, no expense spared is truely a luxury property. Free mini bar was nice!! Also nice to see hand towels and face washer towel as well not seen in any other hotel in Sri Lanka. The pool is amazing and so are the views

We arrived at check in time and our room wasn’t ready even though I had emailed ahead of time requesting early check in as we were only there for the day as we had a late flight that night. In fairness the hotel was fully booked and they were busy. It took 45 minutes for our luggage to get to our room after we had loaded a luggage trolley ourselves and a porter rushed over and said he will bring it immediately for us!! Apart from those 2 incidents overall the staff were great and I would definitely stay there again

Great property, but one staff member was just amazing I don’t have the words to describe it but his dedication to the job, this kindness, professionalism. Was on par with the best I have ever seen in the hospitality industry… He was honest, kind, respectful and has a heart of gold. Thank you so much Harsha

I really like this relaxing hotel. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities, including an iron, tea kettle, tea bags, and some free snacks and drinks. Good restaurants and cafes. The roof garden and infinity pool are beautiful. Complimentary city tour and free access to Marino Beach Lounge which is a nice beach. Direct access to Marino Mall from the hotel building. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, my room had closed window and even no transparent glass as it is shaded and covered by dark color, so you cannot see outside which was extremely boring and gloomy.
