My family and I enjoyed our stay at ABVI this past weekend. We were happy to find a place that not only would allow us to bring our 3 pups, but that was also close to the beach and walking distance to everything (food, souvenir shops, bait shops, etc.)! The room we stayed in was clean and tidy as was the pool. We especially appreciated the customer service that the owner and her staff provided us with. They were attentive to our needs and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze.

The bathtub had a dip that caused water to pool in the middle.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. We were allowed to grill and boil seafood right out by the pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My only complaints are I couldn’t get the closed captioning off the tv and it aggravated me all week and the pet deposit was not really explained and had to pay $20 daily instead of one time for the whole week for a small dog that stayed in a crate when we weren’t there. It just seemed a bit much to pay $80 bucks for that.

Husband needed a downstairs room, the staff was nice enough to change our room. The room was really, really clean and well kept and quiet. We did not see any bugs at all and the room smelled nice.

Do not advertise "Breakfast" if there is not any, that is lying and mis-representing what your guest is receiving. All the restaurants at Port Aransas were overpriced and the food was not that great.

Nice pool, clean, very comfortable beds and pillows.

The advertising on Booking.com lists the stay with included complimentary breakfast, however there is no breakfast.

The hostess cleaned our room daily. She also left clean towels. Our Hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will stay there again. Our hotel was right next to the grocery store.

3rd time staying. Location was right next to grocery store, close to restaurants, kept clean, staff always around and friendly, and good price.

Coffee & machine; toiletries are awesome; clean room; fridge; hair dryer & an iron; mat for shower & ac worked great!

People outside smoking are too close to the room. Everything else was pretty good.

the only thing I didn’t like was the smell of dog my room smelled like a wet dog on the bed. And people upstairs didn’t have any consideration stomping all night long . I told the owner but nothing was done.
