Great location, great front desk staff, clean room and great breakfast. Really nothing I can complain about, the front desk was accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was well run by the front desk when the breakfast attendant was not there. The valet was a great value and the valet employees were very polite and accommodating. Honestly not a single thing I can think of to complain about, Mr. Cruel and his staff should be praised for the pleasant stay they offer to guests who stay at this convenient location that is close to the Aquarium, Coca Cola World and Centennial Park and downtown.

Nothing! Perfect stay!

Overall the stay at the Hampton was very good. The staff members were always very polite and helped when needed. The breakfast was always fresh and tasty. The 24 hour coffee was a hit for the wife and I. The room was good, but could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival. The toilet water ran the whole time we were there which isn’t a huge deal but could be annoying to some. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again at this location.

Our toilet in the room ran water our whole stay. Not a huge problem but could get annoying to some. I did notice the a/c not seeming to keep up with the set temperature. I pulled the filters and they were not clean and haven’t been cleaned. I dusted them off in the trash can and seemed to function much better.

The pillows weren't sturdy yet soft. They were soft but folded like paper. Pillows didn't give good neck support, and made it difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep. This is greatly needed for orthopedic patients with neck and back injuries, disabled patients with Acid Reflux, or other sleeping issues. However, after time, we were able to sleep, but had to continuously wake up and readjust. I didn't like the no microwave policy. I didn't like no walk in shower or at least a shower chair for the handicap accessible room. I didn't like no trash bags in the trash cans. The central heating and A/C, blew cold air at some point. When I shut it down, it came back on by itself, blowing cold air. However, when I turned it back on, the heat started working again.

This was my third time staying here. We came for the PeachTree Road Race. The location was convenient to get to the race. When we returned breakfast was still being served, and it was delicious!! The room was very neat and clean. Everything that was advertised was provided. Parking was right at the hotel!! The car was ready whenever we needed it. Staying at the Hampton Inn Atlanta-Georgia Tech-Downtown will become our family tradition for the PeachTree Road Race. Thank you!!

I cannot think of anything to improve for us. Our stay was great!!

The rooms were clean, and staff was very nice. The location was very convenient as we were in town for an event at Georgia Tech. Breakfast was good, except for the oatmeal. The beds were comfortable.

We were on the ground floor. It was very noisy outside. The room was warm, and the pillows were uncomfortable. They were not fluffy enough to use just one but too fluffy to stack. I know this is totally a preference thing.

I loved my stay at this hotel, from the moment we arrived they welcomed us with a smile and good attitude, they gave us the room at 12pm!!! 3 hours before actual check in. Delicious and varied breakfast every day. We loved the table with tea and coffee all day! The room with a spectacular view. Everything clean and comfortable. Excellent and economical valet service. The location was excellent!!! Everything close and a very nice and quiet area.

Within walking distance of Fox theater, heavy traffic, parking was affordable $20 oppose to the $50-60 fees closer to theater.

Curtain was broken, had to “rig” it so I had some privacy. I had read another review that mentioned the same thing, so I didn’t bother notifying the hotel, prefer not to spend time dealing with maintenance or moving.

Hotel was very clean and conveniently located near Georgia Congress Center, Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, etc. It’s right next to Georgia Tech Stadium. Staff was very nice!

Although this wasn’t that bad, I would just say keep more than one valet working throughout the day. Once during our stay, we had to wait a few minutes for our car, but that was because only one guy was working valet during that one time. Otherwise it really wasn’t a problem.

The staff was great from the moment we got there. Free coffee in the lobby was an amazing touch during a busy travel weekend. The room was clean, the public areas were clean. Nice little gym! Exceed our expectations!

I suppose if I had to offer some feedback, one of the two elevators was down during our visit. It happens, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was well stocked. They had snacks and beverages available for purchase. It was a good value for the price. The hotel is very close to Georgia Tech campus and walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium.

We had a ground floor room which was next to a busy/noisy street. I was slow to fall asleep the first night, but was able to tune out the traffic so didn't ask for a room change. If you are a light sleeper, I would ask for an upper floor. Also, we were told there is a $20/day valet parking charge and is the only practical option for this location. However, we were not charged for the parking.
