I loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were clean, and there was plenty of hot water.

The beds were on the hard side, but the thing that bothered me the most was the MANDATORY valet parking for $60 daily. That's ridiculous. Also, there was an attendant who refused to check me in at an empty terminal, but he checked in the younger lady in line behind me. He had horrible customer service skills and shouldn't be in the hospitality industry if that's the way he treats your guests.

The location is amazing to the park, if you wanna find something to eat there are several places to eat within walking distance and it’s a great walking distance to the Mercedes Arena, and right next to State Farm arena not even 3 minutes away walking. The lobby was very nice and options inside were ok as well if you needed something quick, as well the rooms were ok and reasonably sized.

I do not like that you are paying so much for a room and you’re forced to pay $60 for parking with no choice to just park it yourself without using valet parking. The shower in the room was so outdated compared to the whole bathroom and rest of the room it was disappointing and their was a little bit of mold in the calking into the drywall at the top not enough to bother me, just pretty much time to update the showers and replace drywall. Only other issue is if you’re getting any drinks or feed at the little cafe inside it’s double the price of anything outside the hotel and I mean double not worth it just use DoorDash.

The staff was very helpful and the facility was very clean.

For the hotel being in downtown and connected to the State Farm Arena for special events the hotel could use more Elevators or at least keep the stairwells unlocked at all time for emergency purposes. While coming back to the room after the event the Elevators were full due to only able to carry 5-6 people each time with only four Elevators available. While trying to use the stairs we were only able to get to the 2nd floor after finding the other stairwell door was locked. Other than that our stay was great.

Everything was amazing! We can’t wait for our next trip back very very soon. It’s convenient to everything! We were there for my husband’s birthday, I surprised him with a trip to his favorite tv show Wild’n Out and us not having to leave to get to the stadium because of the hotel being connected to it was absolutely incredible! Not to mention every staff member we came in contact with was so welcoming and quick to assist. There was literally not one staff member we walked pass who did not greet us and literally engaged in a brief conversation on our stay. The room was beyond comfortable, clean, & the view was breathtaking! Concierge was the best ever, not only was our room spotless & well stocked but they provided a birthday balloon bouquet, wine, a card, & a absolutely delicious couple of cake slices that just melted in our mouths and I don’t even eat cheesecake but that was so good I snagged a little piece of my husband’s slice after finishing mine .😂 Thank you all for a beautiful experience and to the Concierge team-Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Keisha, & Ms. Shelly you ladies are beyond amazing 🤩 and thank you all for playing a major role in my husband & I stay being the best ever! God Bless the entire company everyone was amazing!

We have absolutely NOTHING to complain about.

I liked the proximity to the conference venue - it was a short walk. The Lunch buffet was good - I tried it once. The room was generally clean at check-in. The staff at check-in was pleasant and helpful, especially as I had piecemeal bookings that he needed to bring together.

The bed was not firm enough, as such I got body aches from sleeping in it. House keeping did not do a thorough job a few times and skipped our room completely on one occasion. The South Tower where I stayed at could do with some upgrade (I understand that some upgrade had been done on the North Tower). The WIFI was generally fast, but interruption in connection between the lobby WIFI and guest WIFI on the room floors wasn't seamless and quick enough. So it could be a bit of a pain.

Our room was nicely appointed. The design was unique. We love the restaurant options, and the proximity to the Mercedes Benz stadium. Breakfast was fantastic! Dinner was amazing at McCormick & Schmick's.

Upon arrival, we learned that Booking.com apparently hadn't clearly communicated a date change (checking out one day earlier than the original reservation). The hostess was abrupt, was not helpful, and turned us away until we could get Booking.com on the phone. I finally found an email from the Omni confirming the change, and we were able to check in. The light in the bathroom over the shower was out. The carpet looks worn in places.

It was the ideal location for all of the wonderful main attractions in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Literally a 3-5 minute walk from one of the main entrances at the State Farm Arena. I had a balcony suite on the 15th floor. The views of centennial park were amazing throughout the day and night.

This was my very first stay at an Omni property. I can’t say that I had anything to dislike during this initial stay. I would love to visit again.

First, I would like to say THANK YOU to Ms. Shelly, the concierge! She made sure to make our stay here fantastic for my husband's birthday!! The chocolate cake that was adorned with chocolate covered strawberries accompanied by 3 different flavors of macaroons that paired well with the refreshingly sweet bottle of wine, birthday balloons, and lastly, the handwritten birthday card were all exceptionally sweet and thoughtful. That made my husband's birthday that much more fun and special! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!! Now, from the moment we booked and even when we departed, our experience was wonderful. At check-in, both receptionists were very kind and informative. We were compensated for a 10 - min wait room inspection, insuring its readiness, to which I was much obliged. Our room was located in the South Tower and once we entered, it was beyond satisfying, very clean with a fresh scent, and the view of the city, from our balcony, was Spectacular! The bathroom was uniquely angled in a functional way. The shower was relaxing with the right amount of water pressure and heat. We had a king-sized bed that was a little too firm for my liking yet still comfortable. The location is perfectly situated between some top attractions and nice restaurants all within walking distance. Unfortunately, we were unable to try the restaurants that were located on the hotel premises due to the holiday closure schedule, but Miss Jireh, so sorry for the spelling of your name if incorrect, at Centennial Grounds Coffee shop was beyond amazing. The food, especially the pizza, was superb. I highly recommend that spot. The Vues lobby Bar was another great spot with very nice bartenders. Everyone we encountered was so nice including house-keeping. They did a wonderful job cleaning our room! We will definitely be back and, hopefully, next time, we will be able to get the full hotel experience

$60.00 a night parking is rather steep in my opinion.

We were there for a concert at State Farm arena and it was perfect. We stayed in the main tower that connects to the CNN Center. We had a room on the 11th floor that overlooked Centennial Park and the view was amazing. The windows were floor to ceiling and just excellent. The beds were comfy too. Also, we asked the check in staff if we would be able to easily get back in the hotel AFTER the concert via the same way that we were entering the arena ( through the CNN center atrium/eatery). He said no, the eatery area would be closed and the doors would be locked at 6:30 and we'd have to walk around to some other entrance to gain entry to the hotel after the concert was over. That was disappointing because that was the whole point of our stay, convenience, and we didn't want to be walking the Atlanta streets at 11:00 PM at night (iykyk). But he was wrong, we were able to show our room key to the wonderful Atlanta police officers and they let us right back into the locked eatery/atrium area where we could gain access to the hotel safely the same way we came. All in all, it was a perfect night. 4th row at the concert too :-) We also managed to go to the sports bar that's inside the hotel after the concert. I highly recommend their spinach artichoke dip for a late night snack.

There was hair in the bathtub that was there from a previous guest (ewwww). The lighting in the bathroom was terrible for makeup application. Lol.

The room was fantastic. The hotel's location is great! The breakfast was really good - fresh and hot.

I disliked two (2) things: 1. Never received a room request, even though I called the front desk and spoke to someone twice. 2. A stained pillow case that was supposed to be clean. I took a photo. The stain looked like dry blood. This hotel is too expensive to have any linen like this in the closet.
