The hotel is in good location, close to Ostbahnhof - the east train station of Munich, has a good shops restaurants and transport nearby. The property itself is very cosy, very quiet and has parking and nice lockers you can use if you wanna store your luggage.

The pillows weren't very comfortable. On the first day of our stay - some house keeping person stormed in our room without even waiting for our response after his knock on the door. By his explanation he left his key somewhere while cleaning the room and was searching for it. Thx God, we were clothed, but house keeping staff should be more careful with not breaching client's privacy. Anyway no harm, no foul, just keep that in mind.

The rooms are very nice, thoughtfully designed, with clever use of space and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the mood lighting added a fun, contemporary vibe. Plus, the spotless bathroom with a powerful shower was a big win!

- You should be ready to preview more money on the hotel booking that you saw in your booking.com reservation. When you check in hotel blocks an additional deposit from you card (it equals 30 euros per night). It returns when you check out, but it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking + staff didn't warn you about that while check in.

Location was good, close to the train station, S-bahn to the Airport in the morning. grocery stores in the same bldg. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was sufficient, nothing great, but met the purpose.

Walking from the train station with my airport luggage, the entrace is actually up 3 sets of staris (not 3 full flights). There are doors on the ground floor, but require key to enter. Small note, there were stickers on the elevators that impled no mixed company, i.e. men and women should not ride together? wasn't sure if they were a joke?

I got a room on the top floor with nice views. The staff members spoke great English and made me feel welcomed and recommended places for me to travel while on my stay. The lobby area was always clean, my room was aesthetically pleasing, and spacious for one person. The hotel was also close by public transit, so for someone that gets lost easily and didn't speak German it was a plus.

Only thing I didn't like was not staying longer. I loved the hotel and it reminded me of my loft apartment in Chicago. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants.

I My booking was last minute when my flight was cancelled because of huge snow.. I had checked out at 6am and then with nowhere else to go, returned to the hotel around 9am. The hotel was so kind, let me wait inside and have breakfast even after I had checked out. They even offered to give me my room key back. On top of this they were really under pressure as so many flights were cancelled and many tired and angry people looking for rooms, they handled it with style. Wonderful Humans. Thank you again!

Accessible to public transport, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly. After checking out, we could park our luggage in the basement lockers and go on some more sight seeing rides.

There was no electric kettle in the room to prepare your own tea or coffee. There was also no locker in the room to keep away some valuable items. No telephone to contact the front desk.

Location was great,10 mins walking to East station. Stuff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Would advise to stay there once more

Price was not including breakfast which at 18e was very expensive. With half of the price a small bakery in the hood is doing better job. Aome storage place inside the room would be very apreciated.

Very clean and modern environment. The touch of bottled water upon arrival was welcomed. The room was warm and confortable, the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Lots of hanging space in the room, with a well considered design. The bed was very comfortable, and soundproofing in the rooms made for a great nights sleep.

The room was clean, well-orgnanized, and pretty large. Check-in and everything else was smooth and easy. Location is pretty close to the train station, and only about 20 minutes from the Old Town.

Thel construction work and fences around several office buildings in the area made it a little challenging to find the way.
