Clean attractive kitchen with full size refrigerator, recliner chair, comfortable bed and pillow. Nice bathroom. Good water pressure. Room is cleaned every other day. Breakfast room is very clean. Like lemon water in the lobby. Convenient to variety of restaurants and stores. Pool and hot tub. Convenient free parking. Free wifi worked well.

Breakfast could be nicer, no eggs when I went and would be more convenient if it was served til 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am.

The stay at Main Stay was excellent. Everything new and updated. Even a new king mattress. Had a full size refrigerator, two burner cook top, microwave, cooking utensils, pans, sieve, eating utensils, plates, cups and saucers. Was a very spacious room. Reminded me of an efficiency apt. Best room I've stayed in, in a longtime. Best bang for the buck.

Only complaint was TV programming. A news channel and shopping channels was all that was offered. Other programming had to be purchased.

Breakfast was great. Location was good. Hotel was clean. Staff was ok. Value was fine. Facility was a little older. Grounds were nice. Lobby area was big and comfortable. Would stay there again.

When we checked in to our room, we noticed that somebody had gone #1 in the toilet and left the paper in there. Front desk staff was friendly enough but didn't really extend themselves with information or help.

the front staff was great with directions. the breakfast was good with hot eggs and ham. the beds were comfortable and very clean. the pool and hot tub were operational and good. there was a restaurant down the hill for an easy walk to dinner. the kitchenette and full fridge was a bonus for travellers carrying a cooler full of food.

the ice maker in the fridge took too long to work.

Loved the comfy bed and amenities of the room, so nice to have a kitchenette and full fridge for the road trip. For the price it was definitely worth it.

The pool had a very strong chlorine smell. We didn't eat the breakfast, would have enjoyed some healthier options.

Hot tub and pool were open until 11pm, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were quite spacious. They have hot breakfast with eggs and breakfast meats/potatoes (weekends only, M-F it’s a continental breakfast) as well as a $5 discount off your check at a nearby restaurant. All the staff we interacted with were really kind and helpful too!

What I didn't like: They were advertised on booking as offering a free airport shuttle, which is why I booked with them. Upon my arrival at the airport, they told me the shuttle wasn't in service due to covid. They only helped cover my transfer one way and I had to pay for the ride back to the airport, which was frustrating because it was false advertising. Also, I had a fire alarm go off while making dinner and no one came to help me for 10 minutes and I had to unplug the alarm myself to keep it from blasting. If this had been a real fire, this kind of delay is unacceptable and could jeopardize lives.

What I did like: The room really is like your own apartment, with an equipped kitchen and it looks nice and was comfortable. The location was good with a grocery store, restaurants and a post office all within close walking distance.

Place was ideal for us. Price was good. Room size was generous. Everyone went out of their way to help with even little things. Kitchenette was excellent, although we only used it minimally.

Breakfast was a bit limited, but the scrambled eggs and waffles were very good.

Good location, great friendly staff, clean spacious room, coffee and water all the time and breakfast was good too.

the pool & hot tub were extremely filthy I shared my concern with two different staff members, but in 3 days the hot tub & cigarette butts were never cleaned out of the pool. There was gray scum floating in the hot tub!! Very disappointed not to be able to swim or relax in the hot tub.
