This hotel is amazing and I would give it 11 points if I could. The facilities look brand new, the rooms are big, beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast is great. However, above everything else, I would like to commend the staff. They were super friendly and helped us with everything well beyond the strictly necessary. It is also great that the hotel has a large private parking and a direct connection to the center by tram. I would heartfeltly recommend it to anybody visiting the city.

The fitness facilities are great, the location is practical and lovely. The bathrooms are spacious, smart and modern. The rooms are nice and spacious too.

The fridges could be noisy and the pillows are not great (empty).

Everything was great! Clean warm room, good shower and bathroom, very good location - 12 min by tram to Old City. Very nice administrator - kindly allowed us to check-in 2,5 hours earlier than allowed time 15:00, as we arrived earlier, also allowed to leave car on the check out day for 5 hours after our check out time - after 11:00, all for free. Hotel’s parking is included and nice.

Everything was great!

First of all the location was great, although at first I had my concerns because it's a little bit away from the old town but for my surprise going to the old town was easier and the location of the hotel wasn't that far away. The rooms were clean and they had alot of space. There where other accessories in the rooms like hairdryer and a towel warmer which is a big plus. There is a place for parking so it's convenient for anyone who wants to rent the car, it's a closed parking lot so no need to worry. The staff was also great. Overall it was a great stay for me and my friends and probably I would choose to stay again if I return to Krakow.

Because of the location there is no city view that is appeasing to the eye. I would recommend changing the pillows because it was a little bit uncomfy.

The hotel location is convenient to access public transportation, centrum, and during the night can't feel noises from the street; room size is big and clean, pillow can be better; breakfast is nice and quality; parking yard in front also convenient, and conference rooms available for business events and meetings;

The internet in the room is quite poor, download speed 0.18 MB/s, uplink speed 0.7 MB/s. Data link layer problems, the average of signal strength is lower than -70dBm, the average delay is 4 times higher than standard value, package loss rate 100%. Recommend Ruijie Reyee Hotel solution.

Big rooms with the plenty of space. Good comfortable beds and good breakfast. Food in the restaurant is VERY GOOD! Please eat there if you have an opportunity! Very nice massage chair, it is highly recommended after a long walking in Krakow. Very helpful staff. There was a problem with the aircondition in one of our rooms and we got a new room without any problem.

Everything is handicap adjusted which is fine, but it gives some disadvantages, as very high toilet and cold water with not enough pressure.

Absolutely great experience! What a luxurious boutique hotel! The rooms were not rooms but suites! We had a room for three and it was so spacious like a huge family room with all the amenities and free complimentary water/soda, tea, coffee every day. The bathroom was spacious,too, just perfect! Warm, brand new, full of useful corners. There were even heater for the towels! As for the breakfast... Just WOW! The buffet had a varied selection of food, everything well presented, delicious and fresh! You could taste salty and sweat local polish food which was interesting but you had also products for any European taste! The staff was really helping, right there for you to give you detailed directions and advice always with a smile! We thank them a lot cause they did anything they could to make our stay memorable! All in all it was a high tech function hotel, near the city centre! Using the exceptional and very low cost public means of transport(tram and buses) you need about 10-12 minutes to the get in the heart of the old Town!

Great location, great staff, spacious rooms and really nice showers. The beds are super comfy, and the rooms spacious. The TV a little small, but still has all the channels. Great sound isolation from the trains and outside corridor, little less superb between the rooms. high standard and great value for money. wonderful and friendly staff, always willing to help and chat.

the walls are thin between the rooms so it’s easy to hear the other guests. The sheets sometimes come off a little. TV on the smaller side.

The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Goog and free parking lot. There are supermarkts nearby. The staff at front desk was friendly and answered all our questions.
