The good times begin at Check-In. Kamila is a very friendly, helpful young lady. She is a joy to interact with. She'll make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The room I was in was large and very comfortable. The kitchenette was small, but you could cook here if you wanted to. There is a coffee maker and a good selection of coffee and tea that worked perfectly when I brought a pączek back from a walk and wanted some espresso to go with it. The bathroom is very nice, clean, and modern, with a really nice shower. Breakfast is included, and it is the best breakfast I've found in six years of traveling in Ukraine and Poland. If you can't find everything you need to have a good breakfast here, you're way too picky. I needed to leave very early the next morning to catch a flight, and Kamila packed a great lunch and arranged for a taxi to pick me up. The service you'll receive from Kamila and the staff here is every bit as good as you'll find at a Hilton or Four Seasons. The entrance to this apartment is 30 meters from the nearest streetcar stops going both directions on Długa St. If you want to walk off that big breakfast you had, you can be in the heart of Old Town in 10 minutes.

I can't come up with a single thing to not like about this place. It far exceeded every expectation I had. The staff is simply the best you'll find anywhere.

I loved it. Location, cleanliness, coziness, simplicity, nice breakfast, staff friendliness, even safe to keep documents safe:) Next time I am in Krakow - definitely will stay here. PS small things like kinda old towels and unwashable spots on a bedsheets (just to clarify - everything was clean, just some stains can’t be removed) would be nice to have fixed, however again - it is small and not that important comparing to whole experience. The location, super close to the central station so I just walked from there to the apartment. Very friendly stuff, the girl proposed me to pack a breakfast, because I had an early flight next day and it was super helpful, coz I was exhausted from my previous trip from Ukraine to Krakow.

Just one thing, you can hear the water and what is going on in another apartments, but for me was not critical.

Breakfast was adequate, normal basic selection. Good quality, fresh vegetables.

One morning some some items were missing for a while due to lot of people having breakfast at he same time.

great place easy to reach from the train station . we arrived after 8pm so we did easy self check in. in few min you reach the heart of the city, stare miasto. the breakfast was simply super, we loved it. the staff is very nice and polite. we just loved the stay, everything was perfect.

The attitude of the staff, especially the reception staff was excellent, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the location is very Good. Every question or request was always answered positively and with a smile.

Great location 10 minutes walk to the old square. great breakfast plenty to choose from and always topped up, rooms clean and modern, Comfy bed and plenty of space. Bathroom modern with a good shower.
