In a very central location with amenities on your doorstep (a great cafe downstairs) and the tram just down the road. The room I had was for disabled access and had plenty of room to navigate, as well as a walk in bathroom with hand rails for both the toilet and the shower. A shower seat was also provided. The room had a kitchenette with stove top and microwave, handy if you didn’t feel like eating out. It also had a fridge/freezer for storing your food and an easy to use coffee pod machine. The bed was incredibly clean and comfortable, one of the best I’ve had in accommodation. The room had free wifi, a wall mounted TV and a small lounge chair. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.

The only thing I would change would be to change the chair for watching TV to a small sofa - it seemed too small for a couple of people and it’s nice to stretch out on a lounge.

The bed was brilliant, we slept like a couple of logs! The room was spacious (except for the bathroom) and the location is top notch. You dont need to drive around here, so many ggreat fook and wine places. Awesome gelato on Glenferrie Rd and I could happily walk to Swinburne.

Hmm I guess the bathroom felt small. And look I hate to point this out but one of your desk people was very offhand with my partner, making him pay the entire amount before allowing him in the room while I was at conference. The problem was that I planned to pay because I was attending the conference. It mean that I had to organise the payment to be reversed and then transferred to me. The rest of your staff I found fabulous and friendly.

The location was terrific due to availability to public transport, great bars, restaurants and the Hawthorn Art Centre.

I was located in a rear apartment, so I can’t comment on how quiet it would be on the Glenferrie Road side. My issue with noise was I wasn’t aware that construction was happening on the premises involving jack hammers which started at 7.30am. Otherwise the apartment location was very quiet in the evening. I requested a double bed and having stayed in accommodation, I was aware that two singles would be joined together. Disappointingly one of the single beds was lumpy.

It was great, staff friendly, rooms comfortable and beds remade and fresh towels provided in AM, if you are happy to do so. Kitchenette, fridge, stovetop, pots and pans. All you need honestly.

Only thing I didnt love was that two beds were pushed together to make a king, although they were both completely different beds. One was much higher than the other, and the centrepiece that runs up the middle of the bed was so thick I thought there were folded sheets accidentally left under the sheets when the bed was made.

Great location for food and close to my client. The room was nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. Some staff are very friendly, others less so.

I needed to check in late and it took a long time to receive the confirmation that it was okay to do so and the instructions for how to access the building and my room when reception was closed. It was stressful as I had a 4 hour car drive ahead of me, with limited mobile phone coverage on route.

Clean, spacious, beds and pillows amazingly comfortable. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A restaurant/cafe downstairs is really handy but you are only a one minute walk to the heart of Hawthorn shops.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that the card keys can be disabled very easily in your handbag, the upside was that there was an on-site manager to help within 5 minutes, even late on Christmas Day.

Very good location, close to Glenferrie station and a great range of cafes and restaurants. Great view of the town hall clock tower and surrounding roof scape from level 6.

The bed obviously had a foam mattress which was too soft and a bit hot.

The room was quiet, comfortable and well furnished, with good AC. It is close to tram stop and train station serving multiple lines. There are many cafes and groceries nearby, and a multiplex cinema.

Wifi was not continuously connected after first login. It kept prompting us to reconnect and it was not always easy to get a connection. We encountered an elderly guest after 11 pm whose card would not operate the external door. We had no problem with our card but were advised at checkin not to store it near a credit card in case it is demagnetised. This advice made no sense. It suggests that the cards or programming may be unreliable, or using old technology.

Comfortable bed, very clean and good bathroom. Coffee machine on ground floor. Very central location in Hawthorn close to cafes and restaurants, cinema etc. The room did have self catering facilities.

Our room on the first floor overlooked a neighbouring carpark and there were no instructions on WIFI or TV. No remote control for TV.

Super comfy bed and the apartment was very clean. I had everything I needed and the location suited me perfectly. It was good to know that I had access to staff whenever I needed them.

It was not inexpensive - but it was over the Grand Final weekend so I think that that makes sense.
