we liked the location, it was close to the beach and there are many restaurants near by. it is also a 10min walk to the city centre. the apartmant was realy clean and the personel was super helpful amd kind.

there is NO private parking. you have to park on the street which is 100m away up the steepest street you can imagine. the beds are only 180cm long, which can be a problem for some people. the shower is super small. We are pretty skinny and it is almost impossible to pick things from the floor.

Location. At the end of town, close to shops, restaurants, bars, beach… Apartment is perfect size, comfortable for two people. Check in was great. I was allowed to check in early and was shown the property and given recommendations on things to do.

Outstanding accomodation, everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. The apartment is moments from the entrance to Old Town, the area is safe, the location is quiet at night, the facilities are exceptional, the staff are the best I’ve encountered anywhere in the world. The apartment is impeccably clean, the host was waiting for me at arrival and helped me with outstanding suggestions of things to do, places to see and the best venues to eat, from a local’s point of view! You are less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Funchal city and the minutes to the bay/marina area. I felt safe walking around at night, I can neither fault the accommodation, nor the location, nor the staff. I have travelled the world and this has been, by far, my favourite place to stay.

The new Appartment with all necessary items in it (apart from washing machine), good view from big comfortable balcony, very comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful personnel. Place is very good located, near promenade and beach. Supermarket is 15 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Instead of dish washer I would better have washing machine in this appartment. But it is only my preference.

Modern apartment with everything you might need. Very friendly staff. Let us keep the apartment until 4pm on our last day as we had a late flight. Can thoroughly recommend

Luciano and Sarah were 2 wonderful "hosts" ... always available and very kind .. perfect apartment, comfortable, quiet and with the plus of free internal parking ... if you intend to visit the splendid island of Madeira, the best place (logistically) is Funchal and these apartments are in an excellent position, very close to the center but out of the confusion! if (and when) we return to Madeira this is where we will stay!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful part of the old town. Close to the Old city centre, the cable car and so many goood restaurants. The rooms are nice, wifi works... we really had no issues. I recommend this place for everyone.

What could have been better? Actually not much. There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor(ground floor+2). For us this was not an issue. One of the bedrooms has a cold white light. Not nice for a bedroom. Really, it was a perfectly okay place to stay :)

From start to finish everything was perfect. We had their driver pick us up at the airport and he was great. Our flight was delayed and the driver kept excellent communication with us, as well as the apartment. The apartment was great, clean, comfortable and great location. Restaurants and cafes easy walking distance. Communication with the apartment was excellent, any questions asked I received prompt responses. We loved our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this apartment.

Situated close to the Funchal city center and just few steps from the coffee bar at the sea (perfect for morning coffee as well as for evening drinks) this apartment offers all you need for comfortable stay. It is spacious and perfectly clean. Parking is available in the private garage in the building next to the apartment where there is also swimming pool to the disposal of the clients. Hopefully we will have the chance to use it again while visiting Madeira for longer time and then visit also the beach under the mentioned coffee bar.

The location was great, in the Old Town and a short walk away from the Santa Maria Street (lots of lovely restaurants and painted doors there), the old fort, the beach and the cable car (once you have worked out the short cut). Apartment was clean, spacious and tidy. View from balcony was good. WIFI was brilliant. There is a great roof terrace where you can swim, sunbathe and relax. Try and see if you can get one of the top flats as you get an even better view out to sea.
