I always choose a hotel thoroughly, looking at many accommodation options and reading reviews carefully. The most important thing for me in a hotel is to have a clean and reasonably spacious room, secure parking, good breakfast, a convenient location, and a good price-quality ratio. My wife and I were very pleased with our choice of Clayton Hotel Chiswick. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient secure underground car park. Getting into Сentral London was convenient as the Gunnersbury Underground Station (Richmond Branch District Line) was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel. The service at the Нotel was of a high standard. I would especially like to thank the Duty Manager Colvyn Crasto for his professionalism and caring attitude to customer issues. Thank you for a pleasant experience at the hotel!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel during our stay

The hotel was very nice, the room was spacious, the bathroom had both, a shower and a bathtub. The check in and check out very super easy, they have an online terminal through which you can do the check in and check out. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes from the Gunnersbury station, making it easy to get to the city centre, as well as just one stop from the Kew Gardens. The area of the hotel is calm, with a grocery shop and some pubs/cafes just a few minutes away. If you continue on the Chiswick High Road, you find many restaurants and shops.

Everything well, the staff was supportive since I got there. The check in supposed to be at 3PM but they let me check in before (around 12pm) since I needed to head out to continue my trip. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures from the application, the bed super comfortable, and the size of the room great. The breakfast and restaurant

The coffEe maker was dirty, I didn't request a change 'cause I didn't have time since I spent most of the day out but I had to pass preparing myself a coffee due to how dirty it was. Other than that I'd recommend staying here.

The location is ideal though we were very familiar with the surroundings having previously lived in this region. The breakfast had a good spread and particularly the pastries such as croissants and pan au chocolate were freshly made and very good. The breakfast spread had a good range of items. Location is great as there is a tube station very near which makes commuting to central London fairly easily, again as we were accustomed to the area this was fairly easy for us. There is an underground parking which is also quite good and also EV charging facilities near the hotel.

The room facilities such as the TV were not working. This wasn't a particular as we didn't particularly use it much. There was very limited range on the Wifi and hence could not connect with this.

Probably our 10th stay in the last year. It's always good, comfortable and great area. We interact very little with staff which I suppose is a plus as we never need to change anything and we never eat and drink in the hotel unless it's late at night for a nightcap. For us it's very much a good hotel to stay in with close access to the M4 when driving up from Wales and really easy access to central London via transport.

Car park was difficult to access for the first time, machine kept saying it was full. When we parked elsewhere and went to the reception desk they were quite blank to say - it's not full? Try again. It's the first time we've had an issue with it but easily resolved. Also I do feel slightly hounded by them for online check in. I get lots of emails and texts - and I always like to check in at the desk so it's just a bit annoying. Can I turn that preference off?

everything was okay.. room is simple nice bed, only the double bed is not so big compare to the other room that I booked for my friend for 1 night the following day.. so everythings is fine and satisfied with our stayed in Clayton hotel Chiswick London. bathroom is nice and big, complete amenities and the coffee/tea amenities with yummy cookies is Perfect!! they reffil evryday and also cleaned towels, Breakast buffet is very good and Yumm! stuff is kind and helpfull. and the staff in front desk when we asked about what is better transport to be used goin st.paul cathedral she explained well and polite. I will go back in this hotel but better nxt ime to used bus goin where than tube train underground. coz for me underground train tube with picadily is not so good smell for the asthmatic person. its warm and stink with gas or diesel underground and the train picadily is old and warm inside the train, soo noisy, no digital screen inside.

Better if there is hotel bus shuttle from heathrow airport.

Location is great and there is a lovely coffee shop called Villainously Good Coffee and the sourdough toasties are unbelievable. Car parking is excellent and it’s close to The centre. Shower was great which is always one on my priorities and the bed very comfortable.

We stayed in room 122 which has a nice balcony but they could so much more on the outside. We went to Chiswick Flower Show and we commented on how much more attractive they could make the outside area of the room. It would be so easy and the plants are there and they could promote the Flower Show!

Very big comfy bed, the view was really nice and brightened the room. Bathroom was a nice size and we had a choice between using a shower or bath tub. Friendly staff at reception I think his name was (Rodney) . Overall the hotel looks really fresh and modern, also smelt nice too!!

The AC wouldn't go below a certain temperature and the room was a little stuffy. The shower head drops straight down so was a little difficult showering and not getting my hair wet. I ordered the Birthday package, but it didn't match the description. I was happy with the friendly staff at reception who sorted it out for us in the end.

Travelling from West of London, this hotel provides a convenient stop being very close to the end of the M4 motorway when travelling by car. Similarly it provides secure parking at reasonable cost. The hotel is comfortable with good sized rooms and the common areas clean and smart. Staff were helpful and the hotel offers on-line check-in/out services for convenience.

Our room did not have a personal safe unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. This could be easily rectified and would provide a greater degree of security for hotel patrons. The only other real negative is perhaps the rather expensive wine. However it was our choice to drink in the hotel bar and should almost be expected of a London hotel.
