Lovely helpful staff. Good location, nice, large, warm apartment and well appointed. Fabulous indoor balcony. Love the location in Brentford close to the river, near Kew and Ealing.

All good. Having to pay £15 per day for parking isn't ideal but good to have parking available.

I liked the hospitality and the comfort of living during my stay. The hotel is well located, there is 1-2min walk to buss stop to take you to ealing station to go to oxford street, of 10-14 mins walk to Brentford station to go to Waterloo station for other attractions. Walking nearby is excellent, there a close supermarket. The kitchen is fabulous as well.

I wished if there was a free car parking, or discounted price for the car parking. They charge 15 GBP/night. - for those who are not willing to park the car or rent then there is nothing I didn't like

I requested a quiet room as always , staff helped me. Window was open before I arrived which met my request these staff are really good for fulfilling request upon booking. Breakfast is small and overpriced £17 , one lady staff was serious at breakfast. Reception lady was very nice and helpful. No Hand wash in the kitchen. Toilet roll poor quality- I bought my own and antibacterial wash up liquid.other wise room is very good bed is good, generally smiled the place had good sleep.

We booked this very last minute as our flat needed emergency work on it. We live just down the road so very easy to get to/find. Front desk was lovely too! The room was great! Loads of space. The little kitchenette had everything you would need including oven trays, cutlery, microwave etc. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great. Also a gym and laundry facilities if needed. We didn't use them but they were very easy to find and, I can imagine, to use. Overall, fab stay.

The pillows were too firm and were very uncomfortable to sleep on but I'm picky. I am also afraid of heights so the room on the 10th floor wasn't great but, I didn't ask for a lower floor! So I guess that's my fault.

The Apartment had everything we needed. We had a fantastic view looking over towards London from our enclosed balcony. The Apartment was comfortable and had Air Conditioning which was needed as the weather was warm and sunny whilst we were there so the glass front really did hold the heat. We were literally situated about a 10 minute walk from the Train station and we used a car parking facility again about a 10 minute walk. The staff were friendly and on hand d 24 hours if needed. All in all for us this apartment was perfect. A small Sainsbury’s is literally outside the main building doors and had everything we needed.

Only slight negative which I am nit picking was the cutlery and crockery was limited but as we were just there as a couple for a few days it was all we needed so wasn’t a problem. Other than that there was nothing negative about our stay.

Same as last time I stayed here, except their library even had a guitar I could borrow! No superlatives to describe the service and amenities provided at Adagio Brentford - even the 65 bus stops right outside, taking you right up to the gate of Kew Gardens and back, as well as al the way to Ealing Broadway. This place is a real find - the staff are excellent, the laundromat provided is cheap( powder included ) and the views are sweeping of Greater London ( opt for a higher floor- I was on the 9th - brilliant!) I could go on but why bother - you get the picture! I fail to see how anyone could be disappointed with this accommodation.

Leaving.

Had a little mishap on the 1st night of my stay. Boiler didn't work. The maintenance guy really worked hard to get it fixed. I can't count how many times he was running in and out of the room trying to figure out what went wrong. I had to switch room in the end. I didn't see it as a hassle as I found out about the boiler as soon as I checked in (else, cold water during winter!). Anyway, the overall stay was great. The place was quiet and I have no complaints on the bed and pillows and other facilities. There's a cafe nearby which is quite convenient. Sainsbury is conveniently nearby as well. Heathrow T4 is 20 mins by Uber. Bus stops are walking distance. South Ealing is 4 stops away by bus, and another few stops more to Ealing Broadway. The staffs are great and accommodating. Hopefully to stay here again on my next trip.

I may be a little particular in this but there's a little bit of dust on the bedsheets and pillows. Though overall is good but it may be something to take notes on for other guests in future. Cheers!

Great location. Bus stop right across the street. 15 min walk or 4 bus stops north to the Piccadilly Line. Ealing Broadway just a few bus stops past there. Kew Gardens a short bus ride to the south. Great value for money. Clean and quiet. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great view!

Our only issue was the heating/air conditioning system. It seemed to be on some kind of timer where it would get uncomfortably hot at some point throughout the night. We were able to adjust it back each time but weren't able to figure out how to keep it from happening. Really the only negative of our entire stay. In fairness we didn't ask for help with it and should have in hindsight. I have no doubt the staff would've been helpful had we asked.

Spoke to a number of staff all very friendly and kind..even those just popping into the lift, going about their work wished us a good stay. Room size and facilities very good. Great location for the concert we were attending in Gunnersbury Park

Floor was quite dirty. Could have done with a mop but appreciate may not have been time to do that prior to us arriving. But there were lots of bits on the floor. It needed a good clean.. feet/socks were filthy which then transferred onto the bedding. Not ideal but not horrendous.

Lovely place ...neat and clean...spacious one bed appt ...we 3 loved the place...sainsbury next door , cafe Rada next door , so our 2 weeks stay was amazing...bus 65 takes you to Ealing st in 10min from where you can take a tube to central london...bus H91 just near the audi , to go to any part of london...all connections it takes you to....we had a great time...all the attending staff at the reception were v nice polite helpful courteous...in all 5 stars.....we stayed in dec 2023 during Christmas...Dr Vijay Mumbai India
