Fabulous stay absolutely amazing decor and every member of staff extremely friendly helpful top quality on everything and food and service. Our breakfast was delicious and the lovely lady with blonde hair really looked after us making sure we had everything and constantly topping up our coffee ☕☕😍🙏❤️🙌 Will definitely be back we loved it here thank you all so much ☺️😁🙏❤️

Nothing everything was this perfect our reception when we arrived our gorgeous bedroom and fabulous dinning. The bar is gorgeous excellent staff throughout 👏👍👌💯💯

Staff were really helpful, especially the staff at breakfast. I am sorry I did not ask the lady for her name to me too it here, but she simply could not do enough for us! Breakfast was sensational!! Rooms are quiet enough too, although on the main road, is was quiet enough once the terrace door was closed.

Coffee machine did not work. Shelves in bathroom were not cleaned. Chairs on terrace were not cleaned either and we wanted to sit out as the weather was good...

Staff were very accommodating,The food served in the evening was excellent.

The property which is only approx 25 metres from the river Shannon has a bridge practically next to the front entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately the bridge has 2 sets of barriers, And when any large vehicle passed the barriers would rattle loudly.The insulation really could do with upgrading, I had a very restless sleep. I think the main road which pass's is the N5 which is quite constant.(Room 5).

Restaurant catered for a mixture of residents plus locals from a surrounding area plus people from cruise boats docking from the river Shannon which passes right under the hotel windows. Food was excellent, and a sample of the very special service we had at breakfast time, was that the lady who cooked our irish breakfast to order, noticed that a mother at a neighbouring table was having difficulty eating while holding a baby and managing two toddlers, so she swooped in, gathered up the baby and entertained it on her knee while mum tucked in to her breakfast unhindered.

Signal for my phone from Tesco mobile was a bit patchy. Not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was pretty much perfect in every aspect for me. The room was spotless and very well appointed with a lovely view of the river. The breakfast was really lovely and freshly cooked to order. The bar and dining was really first class. All of the staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

I really can't think of anything I'd change.

A wonderful property!! Stayed 4 nights and ate breakfast and dinner there each night because the food and atmosphere was so terrific. The owners Barry and Annette and their staff were gracious, efficient and hosts

An elevator for luggage

Room was lovely very clean... Shower was amazing.. Food was gorgeous was really busy so just sat at the bar which suited us.. breakfast was gorgeous... Would definitely stay again...

Arrived into the bar to have a few drinks had 2 cocktails which were amazing went to order a 3rd at about 10pm and was told they were finished cocktails as that had cleaned up the station. Place was empty apart from some staff members having a few drinks felt like she could have said something to me so I could have order another one before she started to clean ... Barman explained later that they had a really busy day which I understand but I thought it was a bit early to have stopped serving them...

I love everything about Keenans, location, young staff, hands on owner Annette... It's a most welcoming, stylish well dressed place with lovely helpful young staff, and well done to the owners for supporting young people of all cultures. Great place. Can't recommend this wee jewel enough. X

Only thing that limits me not coming more often is the lack of a lift. Stairs, are a problem for me, but it won't stop me going because when I can get a ground floor room, I only have to use stairs for breakfast. Won't stop me revisiting, ever lol

The staff were very friendly, we had lunch in the bar on arrival , it was very tasty & breakfast had a great selection & was served by very helpful friendly staff .Our room had a river view & was lovely.

The only thing that we observed was the noise of the bridge when very heavy vehicles passed over it, outside of the control of the hotel obviously.

Lovely hotel, we ate dinner which was lovely. Breakfast once again delicious & a super variety of fruits & plenty of choice for the hot breakfast. The whole hotel was spotless.

A little bit tight in the bedroom but very comfortable & a great night's sleep. Nothing really I didn't like.
