Have been in this hotel couple of times. Good location in quiet place. Room equipped with kitchen. Private parking space with fance, gate and cameras. Ideally for travellers to stop overnight.

WiFi signal a bit slow.

With a discount, I was paying less than £50 a night in July for a room for two people, with a kitchenette and bathroom with a really good shower, so I wasn't expecting luxury or beautiful gardens etc. The room was very clean and very quiet, with excellent air conditioning. Everything worked. The kitchenette was good enough (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, two rings, extractor hood, dishwasher, sink) but would be better with an extra pan, a vegetable knife and corkscrew. The pool was quite small, but it was pleasant and clean and not much used, so we more or less had it to ourselves. The guy on the desk was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. Seating area outside was fairly small and could do with a little more lighting, but it was okay. Good car park; Carrefour quite close by and a good location if driving (there were bus stops nearby too). Towels and shampoo etc provided. TV fine.

Both beds were comfy (quite firm) but a little bit creaky. We only had one cup, and one pan for cooking. I improvised but could probably have asked for another one. I bought a vegetable knife and corkscrew quite cheaply, but it would have been better if these were provided. If staying again I would book a room facing in towards the pool rather than the car park, and maybe on the ground floor so we could sit out - but the room we had was very good value and we booked just a few days before travelling, so it in all it was excellent.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable—the most important aspect! Also our room was very quiet and perfectly placed (308) so that we could take our dogs down the stairs to an exit that led to an ideal place to walk them. Super convenient for dog owners, and the air conditioning was a real plus. The staff were lovely, too.

The hot water was a bit cooler than we expected but the weather was warm so it didn’t matter.

Generally comfortable, clean and spacious, handy little kitchen, well kept hotel pool. Bus stop nearby for getting into town with hourly buses

It is quite a distance from the centre and a good 25 minute walk if you miss the bus, no salad options for the breakfast. A clock on the wall of the pool house would have been useful

Spacious, modern place, well equipped room with small kitchenette. Very nice and clean pool area. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Lots of free parking space on hotel terrain. Quiet and good for sleeping. Very good value for money.

Walking to central carcassonne is possible, but a bit far. Double bed was a bit small.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 adults. a double bed, two singles and a sofabed, we all slept well. We were thankful for the air-conditioning. The kitchen facilities were very handy, especially the fridge. Everything was very clean. The carpark was secure and loads of space. The pool looked lovely, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. We had a hire car and the hotel was a very short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, the Canal du Midi and the medieval cite.

The accommodation was excellent value for money but breakfast for 5 of us was beyond our budget so we picked up breakfast in a nearby supermarket. We have no complaints, everything was very satisfactory.

Excellent value for money hotel, exceptionally good housekeeping, pleasant front desk. Comfortable if not exciting rooms provide all that is needed. 2km from good commercial centre with a number of eating options and large hypermarket.

Location is not public transportation friendly, a car is a must.

The property has a good price and it has a gated guarded parking. The staff is friendly and speaks many languages well. The apartments are large and have a lot of amenities including a small kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has soap in 2 soap dispensers. The lift is modern. The bed is comfortable. One can enter and leave outside business hours with a code.

The wifi password changed on Oct 1 and they failed to tell me ahead so at midnight I lost my wifi. The pool was advertised to only close on Oct 3 but they closed it on Oct 1. The small bottle of water that in the town is 80 cents was sold at 2 euros by the staff that is an extremely large markup. The castle is slightly far to walk to about 40 mins ... the hotel itself had a smell as if someone smoked in it previously ...

The bfast room is small for the number of guests and the Bfast itself was not very exciting or sufficient for guests

Great clean rooms with AC. Good location.

Staff were friendly, however would be great if they know a bit about local attractions displayed in the hotel and also hotel facilities ( Temp of pool, if the kitchen tap water is drinking water) as when these questions were asked we were told they do not know and no attempt was made to find the answers
