From the day of my arrival where I was surprised with an upgrade in my room till my departure I have nothing negative to add. From the location which is 3 minutes walk from the Castle and the central market to the actual Hotel which is a historical monument itself everything displays the love and respect of the owners. All details are carefully designed. It travels you back in time feeling so luxurious homely. The spotless clean rooms, the professionalism and warmth of the staff and the owner as well to meet your every need. I will definitely choose to revisit again. Either this or any of the other two hotels of this group. It truly reaches the 5 star hotel. Quiet, romantic worth every way it's value. I would definitely recommend it!!

From the minute we arrived, very late at night due to a delayed flight, the lovely Panos was there to greet us, with a huge smile and quietly making sure we had a chilled bottle of wine and some nibbles as we were starving after the flight delay! Apart from the warmth and help of all the staff (thanks C(K)asey and housekeeping too), the hotel itself is...quite simply... beautiful, with attention paid to every detail making each bedroom an individual piece of art. Huge proportions, massage showers, magnifying mirrors, a Nespresso machine in the bedroom with exceptional bedding the room is a total haven! Seriously, the photos do not do this hotel justice - it's a total gem for the price of piece of glass! I almost hate recommending it as I'd like to hope there is always a room ready for my next visit 😅 Thank you all for the most wonderful stay - and I'm normally not terribly easy to please! Everything was perfection

My wife and I were attending the annual 30K Lake Run event and we were looking for a hotel close to the start/finish line. The location is excellent, the staff is super friendly and helpful and they went beyond their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their breakfast selection is superb with many, fresh made pastries, omelettes made on the spot and freshly squized orange juice among other delicacies on offer. The facility offers free private parking for your car, a major bonus for travellers arriving with their vehicles. In fact, the staff was so friendly and helpful that they offered us bananas and chilled water bottles for free when we arrived from our race and insisted upon carrying our luggage after we checked out! As an added bonus, the double bed we slept upon may have been one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in a hotel room ever!

We stayed for 3 days and loved our stay. The hotel is in a quiet street with private parking very close by. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed using the Spa during the trip. The room was lovey with lots of nice touches. Enjoyed the little tipple and baklava left in the room. The bed was super comfy and was the type we didnt want to leave. The old town is less than 5 minutes away and everything in the town is very accessible.

Fantastic property, very comfortable with nice touches (like baklava in the room, free snacks and ouzo etc) in an excellent location. The bed was especially comfortable and the shower was strong and hot. Lovely patio to relax.

However, the blinds on our windows were very thin and , since the lights in the patio were on late into the night (at least until midnight, when I went to sleep), our room was bright as day. I don't really understand how this could happen at such a nice hotel. Maybe they forgot to turn the lights off the one night I stayed, but they need to upgrade the blinds if not. I'm not a picky sleeper y'all, just want a decently dark room.

Wow! Absolutely amazing hotel. From the moment we walked in we were blown away. Stone walls and antique furnishings abound. The room was more of a mini-suite with its own living room. Fabulous decor and fully equipped rooms. Secure parking garage across the street. Located right off the main street, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Five minutes from the Castle, the lake and the boat trips. Perfect.

There was no lift and a lot of steps. It didn't bother us, but might some people.

The entire service experience at this hotel is brilliant. Its location is very central, with the beautiful village just 1-2 minutes away by foot. Panos, KC, and the entire team that work there make this an incredible value for what you pay for. I can’t think of many hotels where I have stayed at where they are so thoughtful over every detail, even to the little baklava they leave on your nightstand every night before bed. Brilliant and I would return!

The hotel has an amazing internal design. Each room has its own personality and named based on local Greek politicians/heroes/benefactors. It laos matches the history and traditions of this region using unique architectural and design elements. It is located very close to the lake, eateries, and bars in a city with very pleasant nightlife. Parking rign next to the hotel and breakfast is excellent. This is mast visit place!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and tasty food. The building itself is an unforgettable experience. We changed plans and needed to visit the hotel a day earlier. There was no availability but they offered us a room in a hotel next to it they own too. The next day the staff picked up our luggages and moved them back to Kamares Hotel. Everything went so smooth that we didn’t even realized we had to move. The staff of that hotel is doing a great job.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are furnished old style but absolutely up to date with good WiFi and USB chargers etc. Their interior design is superb. The staff are kind, welcoming and so willing to please. The location is not very picturesque but it is convenient to everything and also just a street away from the busy castle area, so really quiet. Excellent beds, peace, comfort. The covered parking lot is very handy just across the street.
