The hotel is newly opened and is in a perfect spot in the middle of buzzing town – we booked this place as it had a 10-star review on Booking.com - It is a very nice place but … The common areas are using a very strong room fragrance which is rather upturning and not my thing. When we arrived the window remote was not working and had to change the room as we were not able to open the window – later I was told that we have received a voluntary room upgrade and the mail function turned into an upgrade when we firstly rated the hotel. The manager requested to amend the rating to align with other feedback ... I responded to his email with my reasons and he never responded. Please note, the staff is on steroids, and I was dizzy within 10 minutes – while it is nice to have attentive staff, but this was too much for me to deal with …

The place if only opened for a couple of weeks and staff needs to relax and it will become an amazing place to stay. We call this teething problems - go and visit this place and find out

Beautifully restored old building now a lovely boutique hotel. Room 101 was just perfect. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and a bathtub in the room. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was really good - very interesting menu and good for vegetarians too. Great location in the heart of the city. Even secure car parking. The overall standard was much higher than traditional Greek standards. Well done! We will be back!

A courtesy light in the bathroom would have been helpful - very dark in the middle of the night. And handles on your cups - hard to hold a hot cup of tea with no handle! 😂

The concept of this hotel is truly unique, boasting a design that's out of the ordinary yet perfectly complements its surroundings. We absolutely loved it and plan to return. The hotel's design is meticulously thought out; everything serves a purpose and has its place. Our room was equipped with all one could want or need, and we were immensely thankful for the complimentary upgrade. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Additionally, don't miss out on their Gastro Bar Nava—the food and wine are exceptional, and you won't regret it.

The Location was perfect, right in the middle of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The bar served awesome cocktails. The price of the room was really good for what you were actually getting, we didnt expect it to be that good. Also the building that the hotel is in has a great historical value for the city and the staff let us know by giving us a small tour and a small talk about it.

Excellent location, a true boutique hotel that goes beyond expectations, wonderful, the reality is much better than the pictures, a staff that truly cares about the guests, Free shuttle service to the hotel's free parking, which is close to the hotel, an excellent and varied breakfast beyond expectations. Beautiful rooms; we were upgraded to a suite. Newly opened, August 3024, the friendliest and most helpful staff. We ended up staying two nights instead of one. Delicious resistant with unusual food, as well. Walkable to the Castle, museums and the waterfront. We can’t say enough about this hotel! You must book here.

Wonderful, recently renovated property. Makes your jaw drop with all the attention to detail. Staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spacious, super comfortable and hotel is located right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was lovely. For design lovers, this is a hotel for you. Every corner has a purpose.
