I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel & Apartments Dammam Industry City, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The food was outstanding – each meal was well-prepared, with a great variety that catered to different tastes. It was a treat to have such delicious options available. A big thank you also to Mahdi Hassan from housekeeping, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to keep our room spotless and comfortable throughout. His professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this hotel for both the excellent food and the exceptional service!

Superb staff at the hotel (from Hamad the supervisor at reception to Raju and Burhan in the restaurant and Hayder the housekeeping star), all these staff made our stay quite easy and comforting. Decent breakfast, lunch & dinner options at the inhouse restaurant. Cleanliness (which is very imp to me personally) was top notch, the housekeeping guys do a great job. Excellent stay for me and my family!

The no microwave policy in the main hotel rooms is tough esp for families with little kids. WiFi speeds can be improved. Although there were good flat screen Samsung TVs in rooms, there was no smart TV option (Youtube, Netflix). Location is around 30mins drive from main cities/ mainline shopping and eating options.

Great facility. Away from the city but suitably located near beaches. Nasir from RGB Grill and Prem the bellboy boy were very gracious and helpful. The reception staff were warm and accommodating.

The fact that no bills could be posted to the room for payment during check-out was a bit of a disappointment, especially when one is in the swimming pool. I had to pay for lunch at RGB Grill as they mentioned that it could not be posted to the room. In fact, this discouraged me from ordering beverages at the pool as I was not in the position to pay for it.

Great manager (Hesham) backed by great staff at the hotel (from Hammad at reception to Prem and Haider the person cleaning our room). All of the staff made our stay quite easy and comforting. We moved from 2bd apt to 1br suite and the move was hassle free. Decent breakfast, lunch & dinner options at the inhouse restaurant. Cleanliness (which is very imp to me personally) was top notch, the housekeeping guys do a great job. Excellent stay so far, I will be staying another month hence more details later!

Kids playing area was closed for maintenance since days, nobody was aware whats going on and when its going to be open again. Would have been good for our kids to enjoy the play area. Plus, the no microwave policy in the main hotel rooms is tough esp for families with little kids.

The sincerity and service excellence extented to us particularly by the restaurant manager Mr. NISAR as well as the timid young bloke, PREM, were probably the most cherished takeaways from our trip. Food was delicious, room facilities were ample and perfect for a family with kids. We shall return to meet up with brother Nisar- in sha Allah.

Discourteous and unemphathtic female staff tarnishing the otherwise excellent reputation of this Radisson estate. I strongly advise the authorites in question to reconsider their reception hiring critereon, especially when recruiting callous, overnight trainees who bear no moral accountability to the deterioration caused by their poor standards eclipsing the Radisson name.

I booked the hotel as it was very close to a training center I would be attending in the close by industrial area, its proximity to this area was great for my needs. I found the staff to be extremely courteous and very helpful. As I had to keep extending my stay due to unforeseen circumstances, this was done without question. I would recommend the hotel to anybody who has business in the area.

- clean lobby, hotel room & bathroom - very nice & professional staff (everyone at the reception and hotel boys, thank you!) they made a special cake for our anniversary, this really made our day - nice pool, kid area and shish-a place - only our daughter had a breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but the selection was nice

area is not attractive at all, I mean it is induristal city so no surprise there. not about the property but a small tip: You just have to keep in mind that of you don’t have a car ordering taxi may be difficult so getting from the beach to the hotel may be challenging.

I liked the affordability even during peak season. The facilities were great, it had 2 pools for kids & adults beside each other, a gym & tennis court was next to it, as well as a mini playground for children, internet was speedy too. The apartment we took was wide enough for our family with one bedroom and had complete kitchen utensils & appliances( including a microwave & automatic washing machine) & all were new & functional. We can cook & do our laundry as we wished. The room service & maintenance was also good, they kept our room nice, clean, & tidy. Included in our booking was a breakfast buffet which was also satisfactory with a variety of food & beverage options for everyone. There were nearby fastfood stores at walking distance only & accessible to buy from, as well as there is a nearby Lake Park that’s great for picnics & children to play with. Lastly, the staffs were accommodating and they really worked hard to maintain their good quality service to the customers, I really appreciate their hard work, specially Mr. Hesham who was welcoming and even gave my children nice toys to play with. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel in this part of the eastern province, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The location was quite far from the city and was surrounded by many factories but its not recognizable anymore once your in the hotel already.

Based on the value it’s a perfect. The apartments building are literally no service needs from outside. Everything is in the apartment such as laundry, oven surface etc. The hotel building is great enough. Breakfast is good. The guy on the restaurant his name is Nasser is very friendly and welling to help

Just small things, such as slippers I’ve to request them otherwise it won’t be available on room. Also, swimming pool’s towel has to be requested from the reception.

Perfect the location for businnes meetings in Dammam 2nd Industrial Area, Very good the restaurants inside for all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), very nice and promptly helpful all the people working in the hotel, very good internet connection signal and availability (everywhere in all the hotel areas).

Apartment room need a renewal, daily rate probably too high in line for an hotel inside the industrial area, apartments building are not connected to the main hotel building (it takes around 200 meter walking that is not so comfortable with the temperatures during summer), quite impossible to find a way to move around without booking a private taxi with dirver at the hotel (more expansive than the average taxi or uber taxi rates), probably because the location is too far from Dammam city or Khobar so even for Uber is not convenient to catch a call coming from the hotel (maybe better/more convenient to come to hotel with a rented car).
