Reception at water slides was not professional and not polite Moreover,I cannot meet my friend from the area at the resort

Staff was very nice and approachable. They extended my checkout till late so I had full day to enjoy the beach. Also room service food was excellent taste. Its packed in take away boc but was delicious and not too pricey. Overall I enjoyed stay very much.

Price is a bit too much, they should lower them and have more people coming. Since resort was emtpy also restaurant by the beach was closed which is a big disappointment. However I was happy at the same time not having crowded place, had maximum privacy and rest.

The Chalet is close to the beach by walking distance for 1-2 minutes. There were nets for the footballs and volleyballs. However, I believe that the following points have to be taken into consideration to improve the facilities / services: 1- There are no beach chairs on the beach. 2- There are many stones on the beach inside the water which should be cleaned for safety. 3- I was injured from the large stones fixed inside the water in the swimming area. 4- The water for the swimming area is not deep enough to enjoy swimming (i.e. it is only around 100 cm).

Most of your requirements are available in the resort and no need to go outside. Additionally, there is a Masjid close to the Reception for Jumaa Prayer, which was excellent to avoid leaving the Resort. The staff is very nice and helpful. when I checked in, Munair Al Marhoon was in the reception at late night and he welcomed me with a nice smile and he was very helpful.

It was calm and serene. The resort was clean and comfortable. It has beautiful views and the staff were amazing from the receptionists to the cleaning staff were all so welcoming and kind.

The water activities and costs can add up but there also other things to do without paying so if used well it's worth the money.

Clean and well organized. Excellent hospitality. Facilities are available . Good for families with kids. Abbas, Adel and can’t remember the rest did a great job to welcome us and comfort us

The price is a bit expensive. The loopagona park is only for ladies and kids only at age 6. I wish they have another day for family because I have a boy only 10 yrs

Everything was exceptional. Kids enjoy alot specially kids swimming pool, Horse riding, club car driving, cycling and others activities. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic and I must say that this is the best dinner and breakfast we have ever had. Thanks to Mr. Ali at reception. He supported alot during check-in and check-out process.

Little bit costly but it's really worth it.

Overall size of the resort, location, clean water, good quality furniture and facilities

More food options for the restaurants, more activities for children which should be available all time. improve the quality and maintenance of the bicycles. The Reception staff especially Mr. Adel was very helpful and nice. other cleaning and room service staff were also nice and kind.

it’s an amazing place to enjoy with Kids. There are lot of fun activities for kids and family. it’s an family oriented resort where all the facilities, Pools, Kids Aqua Park, Kids Fun Zone, restaurants , Beach and are in walking distance and are well maintained. The staff at resort is amazing specially I would like to mention Mr. Shopan who really take good care of us. I definitely recommend this resort for family leisure trip. and I wish to be there again.

CLEANLINESS AND MOST IMPORTANT SPACIOUS Team working there including receptionist MR Ali person showing room MrAdel and my favorite Mr Jahid they were outstanding so cooperative even Mr Razzaq also so much cooperative I will definitely revisit this place again and even recommend my friends

Food should have more variety including other nationality food items also really we suffer for food
