The room was really nice, well presented, spacious and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the parking is very convenient.

There is no shower "cubicle" but only a small glass between the toilet and the shower and the water fluids almost the whole bathroom after a shower. This means whoever need the toilet has to walk across the wet bathroom floor. The pilows could be changed as well as they were very tall and hard.

when I'm in Plovdiv I always stay in this hotel. Quiet and well-maintained rooms, restaurant available and close to the Lauta park with various walks deep in the green in complete safety

I stayed there for a night with a friend because we visited the Hills of Rock festival. It turned out that the hotel is quite far from the venue so we went there by our car. The girl at the reception was extremely polite and nice. She explained everything we needed. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was enough. There are enough parking places around the hotel and it was free of charge.

There was nothing to dislike. Just the hotel is about 2 km from the centre of the city but the girl at the reception arranged a taxi for us.

Good place , having a nice room and option for breakfast. Everything was as described.

The pillows are very uncomfortable, they are too big, but we were only for one night , so maybe there is an option to ask for another set.

Travelling with husband, sister in law and brother in law to go to our home in Oryahovo, we booked The Park Hotel for 1 night. We were supposed to get there for about 10pm but missied our flights. Our stay at the hotel in March 2022 was PERFECT. Nellie who was on the desk when we arrived (albeit 3 hours late) was amazing. She pulled out stops for us and managed to get us a kettle and mugs for a well needed cuppa. She is our ANGEL. Our stay in March was that good we have rebooked for September. Again what we requested, they have said they will fulfill. We would highly recommend the breakfast. Continental but beautiful. Spotless, faultless and reasonably priced. Absolutely NOTHING! We couldnt find 1 thing wrong with the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel with modern design. Although it is far from the city centre, the hotel is located in a lovely area.

Noise insulation between rooms is not quite good. The windows do not sufficiently insulate the noise from outside.

The room was clean and spacious, staff was really nice, free parking. Breakfast was ok, you can get everything you need. The hotel restaurant is ok.

Shower, the only small minus was the shower. It had only one small glass wall, no door no nothing, But you can clean up with towel afterwards, but that's a small thing.

The location was good in that it was easy to get to from the railway station by bus but also within walking distance of the main attractions of the city.

There was no cutlery or crockery apart from cups and saucers and glasses. Our credit cards were not accepted by the card payment machine so we had to pay with cash.
