Proximity to beach, friendliness of staff especially those in the Activity hut, having all the facilities available - activity hut, swimming pool, go carts, arcade, play areas. The caravan had plenty of extras like flavoured teas and coffees, soaps, toothpaste, salt, loads of dishes and glasses, amazing water pressure in the shower, a fantastic selection of books for the little ones. It was our first time staying in this type of accommodation. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our holiday.

A second look over the dishes would have been good, as some were clean but still had dirty marks on them. The oven needs a clean. On some of the beds, the sheets came off quite easily while sleeping. The one toilet seat was loose. The cleaning cloth had marks on it.

The caravan was well equipped with a lot of personal touches. There were a couple of things missing such as baking trays and a broom. Loved the fridge and freezer, unusual for a caravan but needed for a large family. Sleeps 10.

There was nothing to dislike.

The caravan and all of it's little touches is gorgeous. It's so spachious and has everything you could need. We would love to stay again. Thankyou.

Host was fantastic, great communication. Sure was excellent for use of facilities and beach etc.the extras of books, games and Netflix were appreciated for when we arrived late and didn’t want to go out

Some areas need updating, waste bin and radiators on bathrooms rusty. Would recommend that only a maximum of four stay as communal areas aren’t big enough for the 8 it sleeps but we only had four. Needs some more cutlery as we struggled with just the four of us and a measuring jug would be a nice addition.

The caravan was perfect

The caravan site is a rip off. We booked the site thinking we could access all the services but there is a charge for everything and most stuff was fully booked when we arrived. I would not book this caravan site again because of the charge to use the facilities on site. But for us the actual caravan was perfect.

It was a really lovely caravan and plenty of space and nice decor close to the beach

The heating and hot water did not work and there kept being a fault on the boiler. We messaged the owner to help but unable to get it working and no one from maintenance came This was disappointing

Numerous problems. The property was very dirty. Mouldy tea bags in the tea cannister.bin had food all over it. Mould on the blind in the bathroom. The bed in the living area when pulled out there were bed bugs. Rubbish under the bed when pulled out in the living room area. The caravan door was gaping.the cooker was filthy dirty. Food in the cutlery draw. This was just a few of our issues !!!

Initially happy with our stay however after checkout we were accused of taking supplies that were not there in the first place. Unfortunately this has ruined our whole stay there and we would not recommend to anyone without meeting onsite for the key and handover, going through all cupboards with the owner and taking photos. Hope this explains our mixed reviews to future travelers

Our negatives to start with were: the beds weren't the best, there was no door mat to wipe feet on entry off grass, and no wash up facilities at all, dishcloth, tea towel etc. The complex managers were kind enough to supply us with a dishwashing pack and we used a souvenir tea towel that was previously purchased. After checkout (we stayed 3 nights), we were accused of taking 50 pounds worth of cleaning items which has ruined our thoughts on our whole stay. Our family of 8 spanning 3 generations travelled for 4 weeks around UK and Paris (from Australia) with a suitcase each - anyone who has done anything similar knows an accusation of stealing cleaning products is absolutely absurd!! Beware this particular host.
